Pros:

Rent och fräscht, stort badrum, bra dusch och rymligt rum.

Cons:

Läget känns lite off, men jag valde det eftersom jag ville ha hyfsat nära till tågstationen New Street.
Finns AC men den fungerade inte alls, trots att personalen kom och ”rättade till”. Det förblev +29 i rummet, vilket verkligen drar ner betyget.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Clean ,comfortable room. Excellent shower and environmentally friendly products. Breakfast had plenty of choice and the hot food was frequently refreshed or replaced. One of the best breakfasts we have had in a hotel. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Surprised that there was an on-site restaurant which had good food though only a small menu. Less than 10 minutes walk from the station.

Good value for money with some areas to improve
Pros:

Location great and room clean

Cons:

Air con didn’t work, staff did provide fan.
Tv kept turning off.
Bed comfort and extra pillows would improve room

It was spacious.

Cons:

I didn’t like that as I entered the room the first thing I saw was hair all over the bed. And when I was going to sleep it took me a long while before I could sleep cause my skin was itching and I got up and look under the covers there were hairs all over the bed I don’t like that.

Excellent central location, with lovely staff, comfy beds and brilliant breakfast.
Pros:

The room was lovely with excellent air conditioning and really comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent, with a huge choice and everything was fresh and plentiful. The reception staff were very welcoming and kept our bags for us after we checked out as we had a late flight and wanted to explore the city some more.

Cons:

I would have liked another pillow as there were no extra pillows in the room. I didn't ask for another one as we were only there for the one night, but I am sure it would have been provided had I asked, as the staff were all lovely.

Pros:

Had everything you'd want: clean, tidy, nicely designed rooms that were comfortable. Staff were friendly. Excellent breakfast. Good price.

I would stay again for one night, purely for the cost
Pros:

The breakfast was good, apart from the sausages. They were covered in white fat, and not a very nice taste - maybe they're cheap ones... However, there was a good choice of items, both hot and cold. 12pm checkout is good.

Cons:

Sticky marks on the desk, and the shower screen hadn't been cleaned properly. The sheets felt a bit scratchy, maybe they don't use fabric conditioner... There are certainly a lot of instructions about saving soap and electricity in there!

Hotel is clean and smells fresh. Staff were great. Would of had a better sleep if better pillow.

1 pillow per bed and very lumpy.
