Amazing stay!
Pros:

It was very clean, well kept, friendly staff and willing to help us out. Great location as we were going to the o2 academy for a concert. Just all around amazing. Great value for money

Fantastic hotel, great value and lovely staff.
Pros:

Staff are very helpful and do everything they can to make guests welcome and comfortable. Rooms are very clean and spacious with beautiful lighting and decor.
Extra pillows and duvets were supplied on request.
Staff were responsive and invested in making the guests stays enjoyable.
Location is great, near the city centre, and between New Street and Five Ways train stations with a short walk to both.

Unexpectedly great stay
Pros:

Clean. Convenient location. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Very good breakfast with a great selection.
Best of all the price. I've paid 3 times what we paid and not had a better experience. Oh and did I say 24 hour bar!

Cons:

Nothing really. But if I am being picky I would have liked 2 pillows each and my husband would have welcomed some Marmite for his toast at breakfast.

Comfortable, relaxed and as expected.
Pros:

The room and bathroom were simple but perfectly comfortable. The hotel itself was quiet although there was some noise from outside; sirens etc which did disturb our sleep. Not the hotel's fault.

Cons:

For the price, I don't think there is much I could suggest to improve.
