Pros:

Great location 10 minute walk from New Street train station.
Rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything needed.
Brilliant breakfast, lots of choice and constantly bringing fresh food out.
Nice view from the room, added a photo of this.

Cons:

Air con in room didn't seem to work and room was extremely warm.

Great stay, will be back, perfect stay and location for gigs!

Good location, nice clean and modern, friendly staff, exceptional value for money

Cons:

Our air con had little to no effect during the heatwave, not sure if it wasn’t working or that it was just battling the heat, reception provided a fan that helped somewhat, but it was an extreme heatwave so can’t blame the hotel !

Would be great with working air con.
Pros:

Good location. Clean. Good WiFi. Good value for money.

Cons:

The air con in the room was wonky, never dropped below 26° a very uncomfortable night. 😢

The breakfast was nice

Cons:

The AC didn't work I have to move rooms and the Ac in that room didn't work properly, the second room was a interconnecting room and someone in the other room kept trying the door I didn't feel very comfortable and my son was scared
