It was clean very comfortable had everything we needed and was also secure at night with security on the door to ensure the people coming back were ment to be there

Clean room, comfortable bed, curtains kept it dark. A/c worked fine.

The location was close to New Street Station ( 8 minutes walk) and round the corner from the O2 Academy.

It was very difficult to use the soap dispensers
A note to others that if you have the windows open, it’s very noisy as it’s so the city centre and there is traffic noise throughout the night.
