Perfect location for seeing a show at the Alexandra.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean.
The breakfast was excellent with a great choice for my husband who likes a full English and for me who loves a continental breakfast, Lots of choice.
We appreciated the non perfumed bedding and towels. Thank you

The internet wouldn't work in our room and the tv had a poor signal. It didn't bother us as we only stayed for one night but we did mention it to the staff as we left.

Bathroom was bigger than expected
Staff were on their phone when we arrived and left us standing waiting to be signed in
Pillows are not great, little too them so woke with a sore neck
no hotel parking, however there is paring at £11 for 24hrs
room cleaners entered the room without permission, didnt give us time to answer the door
Room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great and varied.
The scrambled egg was a little bit hard. Would have liked the option of fried or poached eggs
