Pros:

The best hotel we have stayed in anywhere in France. Everything was superb. Great value, great location, lovely food, impeccable service, warm and friendly staff.

Pros:

Tout était parfait. Le petit-déjeuner brunch extraordinaire, la chambre calme et magnifique (merci encore pour le surclassement) et l’emplacement en ville super. Le personnel super sympa, souriant et serviable.

Perfect hotel, perfect location
Pros:

A very clever reconstruction of a group of half timbered 16th century buildings, giving a beautiful approach through the courtyard to a very comfortable hotel behind the ancient facades. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Strasbourg. Our room was spacious, well equipped and tranquil, without the loud slamming of other guests’ doors at anti social hours experienced in many other 4* hotels. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful - special mentions for Martin in the bar and Guillaume in reception. The hotel is a short walk from the grand île and several good restaurants.

Lovely quaint hotel close to the centre.
Pros:

Lovely pretty little hotel that has been refurbished well. Location is central yet quiet. Breakfast was nice, mainly cold and sweet offerings, but you could order eggs your way if you wanted. Room was spacious, shower ok. Cleaned to a high standard and towels swapped daily. Hotel staff speak good English.
