This was our second time to stay at this holiday Inn and the gentleman that was at the front desk was amazing each time
Pros:

The property is conveniently located across the street from the beach. Also love that each room had a balcony so you could enjoy the ocean.

Cons:

The property was a little older, but was still in great shape considering it is so close to the elements.

Cons:

It seemed that every light had a different switch. When we went to turn off the lights at night I had to hunt to find each light switch. It was a challenge. Thought I would never find the switch for the light over the closet/clothes area.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express due to its close proximity to the cruise ship terminal.
Pros:

We arrived a little early and the hostess upgraded our room to one overlooking the beach that was ready.

Cons:

The two elevators did not work in the morning and we had to carry our luggage down from the 4th floor (the upgrade - hah) to the lobby to check out.

the linens and bedding were not changed and they were dirty.

I wished I could have gotten a refund

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Cons:

It smelled like mildew the moment you walk in. The elevator sounded like it was about to stop working. The elevator stopped working and we had to walk to the top floor.
