BMT stay
Pros:

We stayed at BW Lackland for BMT Graduation. The hotel is located within a short drive to the base. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Everything worked in the room (AC, Microwave, etc.) We chose a room with a sitting area (Sofa and Chair), there is plenty of seating for visiting in the lobby and the back patio. Breakfast was excellent and provided early enough for parents/families of BMT graduates to be able to eat prior to going to base. There is a bar on site, if you choose to have a drink. The staff were excellent!

Pros:

Clean room, nice staff, food was nothing to brag about.
Long wait for room service, a/c was broken and could only be set at 59/60. Most of the outlets in the room the plugged device would just fall out of the outlet. So we couldn’t plug in our phones.
The beds were comfortable and the water hot
Great location for air-force graduation. Staff provided great instructions and accommodations

Pros:

The staff was very pleasant and very helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. They really tried hard with a real nice breakfast. And overall, it was a very, very nice group there that ran that hotel, and it was in good shape and very nice.
