Great stay @ JAL City Bangkok
Pros:

I have stayed many times. Near to BTS and many good restaurants around. Room is big, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

全体的に満足ですが…改善点もあります
Pros:

室内は清潔でバスタブも広く、湯圧も問題なく、さ、ゆウェルカムフルーツが冷蔵庫にありました、嬉しかったです

気になった改善点は4点あります
１. エアコンが効きすぎて寒かった。セントラルコントロールらしく上手く気温調整できなかった
２. 朝食がワンパターンでした。5泊していたので変化が欲しかったです
３.室内のアメニティ　綿棒の補充をして欲しかった、ペラペラのスリッパは改善された方がいいかと
４.ランドリーの洗濯機が汚い。洗濯機、ランドリールームを清掃した方がいいです

I was in trouble that I couldn't take a shower before going out.

We enjoyed to stay at your hotel so much.
The location,facility,staff service everthing is good.
However unfortunately the washing machine was dirty.Once we used but there were some dusts on our clothes from machine so it was hard to remove that.
We hope only that points will be improved.

朝食が残念
Pros:

部屋も清潔感があり、良かったです。残念だったのは朝食です。延泊すると飽きがでる懸念あり。日本食が充実している面は良い。

숙소에 처음 들어 갔을때는 매우 청결 했어요. 그런데 샤워기 물이 처음에는 녹물이 나왔어요 너무 놀라 좀 찜찜 했어요.

部屋は清潔感があり、総合的に良かった。
大きな不満では無いが、カードキーが反応しない事が2度あり、その都度、レセプションに赴いた事。また、朝食のメニューが日系のホテルゆえ、和食の用意があるのは納得だが、もっとタイ料理があれば良かったと思う。
