Everything was good except there was a small stain on one of the bedsheets, but overall there were no issues.

Room was very clean

Easy parking, nice staff! Was very clean and the breakfast was good. The room was nice. I didn’t use the amenities but I appreciated having them. Tea and coffee was a nice addition too. Would stay here again

I went to go grab a snack and I was overcharged. It was almost midnight and I didn’t think anything of it so I took a picture. The next morning I went down and explained to one of the staff members. She basically made it like I was lying. I noted to her that there are cameras in there, and she would like to review them, be my guest. She was not very helpful at all.

Checkin in at 1 PM . No rooms ready. I found another hotel.

Staff who checked us in was approachable and helpful. Room is clean.

Breakfast was typically adequate. Staff and property are great.

Hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. Breakfast was fine. Overall, top notch value for the cost. Like many other reviews, here are Kudos to Maggie at the front desk for her genuine interest in the customers. She provided good information for getting around the local area. Made the stay feel much more personal. Thank you!

Clean room, decent breakfast and parking was so convenient

We stay at this hotel every time we come to this area. Staff is polite and friendly, hotel is conveniently located and the area is quiet.

Clean, comfortable room. Welcoming, friendly staff.

Water pressure in showers is low. Shower looses water pressure every 60 seconds.
First floor rooms are slightly better. Higher floor are worst.

I stayed at your hotel and was very disappointed with the room I received. The window was completely blocked by a huge wall. There was no sunlight or natural light at all. I went to the reception and asked politely if I could change the room because I wanted a room with sunlight in the morning. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and refused to change my room. After going back and forth with her, I gave up and left because she refused to help. This is unacceptable service. I expect respect and basic accommodation when I raise a reasonable request.
