Overall, our family had a great time at comfort suites beachfront!
Pros:

Friendly staff and flexible service. The parking garage is convenient with board walk access, the elevator is moving smoothly and fast, so we didn’t have to wait. Christ cooks the best breakfast we ever had, everything tastes good and fresh.

Cons:

The room was tiny, and the stairs way is dark with no lights. Wish this whole place cleaned up a little bit better, hopefully we will see some changes in our future visit.

Overall my stay was pleasant.
Pros:

Breakfast was the best part with Chris. There was a nice variety of food. They fixed me turkey bacon which was not on the menu. Excellent

Cons:

The elevator broke and I had to walk up to the 7th floor.

Loved this place and will go back.
Pros:

The room was huge and the staff, despite it being a very busy weekend, were pleasant, helpful and professional. The views were stunning and the location is the best! It is literally on the boardwalk. Lots of shops and restaurants within a couple of blocks. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff there also incredible. Don't miss the perfect sunrises from the balcony. The property is dated but clean and the views and location totally make up for that.

the elevators were really slow.

Never again. Should of changed hotels but wasn’t for sure how that would work
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Hotel was disgusting and filthy. Cigarette butts on ground in pool area every day. Chairs were broken . Rooms outdated had rust on bathroom floor. Hallways were disgusting never were cleaned the whole time we were there. Will never stay again and won’t be recommending to friends

I feel this property knows they have a lot of problems. Hence the no refund or change of date.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great. Right on the beach.

Cons:

I paid $890.00 for a two-night stay. My room was disgusting. The bathroom smelled of mildew. It had mold around the bottom of the shower. The shower had a slow drain, so when I used it, the water backed up around my feet. (DISGUSTING) The bathroom sink was the same. The refrigerator did not work so the food and drink we purchase went bad. My room also had gnats flying around. I sat my drink down only to come back to it, and it had several gnats floating in it. We tried to use the microwave, and the power went out in the whole room. When I told the staff about these problems...I was asked but was the room clean? When I was checking out, the staff stated the property was getting remodel in September. I should give them another try. Worst Hotel I've ever stayed in my life!

Overall it was a great experience and I look forward to staying at this property again.
Pros:

The location was very good. The breakfast was excellent. Chris Grant, the breakfast manager, made it a wonderful experience. Every morning he met us with a smile and a positive attitude. He even serenaded us as he sang along with the music being played! And the food was always hot, plentiful and tasty. It was obvious that Chris took pride in his work and truly enjoyed taking care of us! The front desk staff was also very friendly and accommodated our every request!

Cons:

I was not aware when booking that there was a daily resort fee. Booking.com should do a better job of including this is the initial pricing.

We wish we hadn’t gone.
Pros:

The air conditioner worked well. The location to things we wanted to do was ideal.

Cons:

The elevators broke often. The room was incredibly dated. Lots of rust and ground-in dirt. The entry door and the balcony door barely opened and closed. They were so old and rusty. There was spilled food in the refrigerator when we arrived. The shower was full of sand. It also leaked profusely to the point we had a seven-towel barrier to stop it from going everywhere. The smell of marijuana was EVERYWHERE. Our room smelled, we couldn’t go on the balcony because it was so intense. The smell was in every hallway, entryway, everywhere. When we were checking in two guests were in a shouting match and had to be restrained by security. The tv in the bedroom did not work at all.
