Nice large rooms, beautiful view and amazing staff.
It is a little dated and the ac was inconsistent between the two rooms.
The free breakfast was nice but could use a little more variety.
The pool area is unkempt and looks like it's been that way for a while. It's a shame because it has great potential. Spend some time and money to make it better.

The room was nice it was like a studio apartment to me loved it.
Out side area of the building needs a good cleaning.ice machines on all floors were not working had to go up three floors to get ice . And it would be nice if guest laundry was free
It was basic.
The lamps were broke in the bedroom. Sink leaked in bathroom and ac was making a noise. The tv wasn’t even on the wall in the main room. The tv channels aren’t posted anywhere so we thought it was broke. The maintenance man did not speak and English so we didnt know what was going on.

The room had a oder that wasn't pleasant, the bedroom should be closer to the widow for the view and sound you want while at the beach
Excellent ocean front with balcony’s, super friendly staff, very large and spacious room.
Room and hotel in general felt very tired and orb out, room beds were clean and tidy, the floor was dirty, dead bugs on the ceiling and walls. Everything needs to be updated.
Breakfast was best part of the experience. Chris and his daughter were great hosts and the food was outstanding! Chris was extremely entertaining as well.
Housekeeping was less than expected.
Everyone was very friendly, especially the group that handled the breakfast. The rooms felt spacious. The location was fantastic.
The property was a bit run down. Though clean, my room had many of the tiles damaged, they were pitted and had some chunks missing. The bathroom had a 2 inch chink missing right by the toilet. The hotel could use some renovations.
The room was plenty big enough with a very comfortable bed and an amazing view from deck. The free breakfast was awesome.
The pool has seen better days for sure. Dirty and sandy bottom a no umbrellas or towels.

The location is perfect. Showers tight outside the door to beach.
The rooms show wear especially with use. Showers leak and the doors for balconies need seals to keep the humidity out.
