Quite and awesome!

Staff was very kind. Let us check in early. Room was perfect. Balcony is awesome. Pool is super cute. Plenty of food in walking distance. Right next to beach.

Price on Friday and Saturday was over the top. Went down to normal for Sunday into Monday

Perfect location on uncrowded beach and across from good restaurants (eg the Station, perfect for breakfast and lunch). Attentive staff, clean rooms and pool.

I loved the location of the property. The Station was wonderful. I didn't like that there is not coffee in the room. Additionally, I didn't like the way the bathroom was set up and the handicapped parking spot that blocked the exit/entrance. When we left, I couldn't fit my bags from between the large truck.

This property has free parking. The room is very clean and the pillows are comfortable to me. It is only one small block away from beach. Surrounding small restaurants and stores are very nice.

Super clean hotel, friendly staff, location is one block from the beach and ocean. We had phenomenal two nights stay at Seaside Inn. Definitely recommend!!!

Other reviews are telling the truth when they say this hotel is VERY CLEAN! You can tell the housekeepers take great pride in making sure every room is spotless. It's not outdated at all and looks even better in person than the pictures online show. Check-in and checkout were super simple and fast! The ac was super quiet and kept the room very cool even on a sweltering day with high humidity. The pool was small but relaxing when we couldn't be at the beach due to a storm. The hotel is in walking distance to several excellent restaurants and breakfast places, which is convenient as breakfast is not offered here.
The neighborhood and hotel itself is very quiet and family-oriented. Everyone was asleep at decent hours and I wasn't woken up at all by any noises, not even the street sounds as it's a quiet area. The hotel is also situated on the beach side of the highway, so it's a a very quick and safe walk down a small residential type street to the beach access. Of all the beach spots between Dewey and Ocean City, this is by far the least crowded, most clean, and quiet. It had the feel of being very private. There is also a lifeguard on duty at this beach access.
Some cons were the uncomfortable beds (the mattress sounded like a blowup mattress for some reason and was very hard), the very slow wifi (the tv only has wifi channels), and the scratchy toilet paper.

Rooms were in good condition and clean …chairs in room are a bit dated.
Bathroom updated and very clean !

Motel building is older but all in all acceptable…

Sea Side Inn was very clean. The rooms were very nice with a balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The maids came in every day. The pool was just right. Small but relaxing. The hotel staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

Close to the beach, friendly check-in/out, pool was clean, rooms are clean,, bathrooms a lil small but ok, overall great place tho…also returned forgotten jewelry.

Property looks old, but well maintained and was the cheapest option for Fourth of July. Expected to be a lot worse since being the cheapest, but staff was excellent in maintaining the property to be as clean as can be.
