Staff della reception estremamente gentile, accogliente e professionale. Letto molto comodo e stanza spaziosa e moderna, con arredamento funzionale e adatto al turista contemporaneo. Posizione ottima nel cuore di Palermo Soho e nei pressi dei migliori ristoranti e bar.

Cons:

Colazione nel bar adiacente non all'altezza, con poche opzioni limitate e servizio lento e poco professionale. Pulizia delle stanze non sempre impeccabile, spesso salviette macchiate e peli a terra. Per due giorni abbiamo avuto un forte odore di fogna nella stanza probabilmente proveniente dal bagno.
