Esperávamos mais por ser um hotel butique. Roupão, pantufa, toalhas melhores. O nosso quarto tinha um tamanho muito bom, porém nada “cozy”. O café da manhã é delicioso e muito bem servido. Adoramos!

Excelente hotel para quedarse en la ciudad. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, camas cómodas, personal muy amable.
El desayuno tiene pocas opciones y el gym no invita a entrenar. Pudieran tener más máquinas para usar. La zona es muy bonita y con muchos restaurantes y tiendas lindas.

Pros:

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we had a lovely time. Perfect location with lots of dining options, bars and shops nearby. Staff were all very helpful but especially Alejandro, he was always happy to answer any questions we had and made some great suggestions during our stay. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Reception staff were very helpful and could communicate with us in good English. Unfortunately, our breakfast experience was poor, the staff did not know how to smile and one seemed more interested in their mobile phone, Then a mistake with our order - we were challenged twice over this - we appreciate the language difference but this just felt rude. I would expect better customer care in the hospitality industry

wir waren im.altrn Teil. Gew. Sachen wie Gym sind im neueren Teil. Leider keime Fenster und somit sehr staubig im Zimmer. Duschvorhang kaputt, safe kaputt, Teppich alt im Zimmer, Location top.

Nice for a short stay. Rooms are well equipped including kettle for hot drinks and safe. Nice design throughout. The outdoor areas looked inviting however we were there in a rainy spell. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The hotel is almost there - there is a fair amount of street noise which is manageable but they need to improve some amenities- pillows are terrible, no Kleenex available. And the front desk staff ignores you. Relatively small fixes that would make a big difference.

Cute but basic hotel with a prime location
Pros:

The hotel is very cute with a great location in Palermo.
The rooms are a little tired since they have not been renovated recently and the breakfast buffet is very basic.
I would not consider the hotel boutique when comparing to European boutique hotels.
