Nice hotel, well located
Pros:

Nice location, great staff, comfy albeit small room, lack of Aircon was a problem in the very hot weather although a fan was supplied. Breakfast dubious value at €20. Recommended.

La ubicación es muy buena, la cama muy cómoda, habia albornoz y zapatillas, la habitación y el baño muy limpio, no tiene aire acondicionado pero tiene un ventilador Dyson. han puesto ASCENSOR recientemente así que pudimos subir las maletas a la tercera planta sin problema. El hotel tiene parking pero hay uno público a un minuto andando. El desayuno buffet muy bueno. La habitación era muy pequeña pero la cama era grande.

Sono andato apposta in questo albergo e suo famoso ristorante era chiuso per due giorni in stagione medio alta, veramente peccato.
Manca l'aria condizionata...un un albergo di questo livello è veramente peccato.

L'emplacement idéalement situé au centre de Bayeux

Cons:

Nous avons eu une chambre très bruyante, en face de la fenêtre un groupe clim, pas possible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte et sur le côté des tuyaux d'évacuation qui résonnaient dans la chambre, nous avons dû acheter des boules quies, si on vous dit chambre 12 fuyez.
De plus, le 1er jour lorsque nous sommes arrivés au petit déjeuner, il n'y avait plus grand chose car il était 9h30, jus d'orange pas frais, très peu de viennoiseries voir plus !
Nous avons trouvé que le prix était très élevé pour les prestations que nous avons eu!

La ubicació és molt bona. Al centre, molt a prop de la catedral.

Cons:

La nit anterior vam dormir i esmorzar a l'hotel Mercure de Mont Saint-Michel per, exactament, la meitat del preu. Un bufet molt més complet, una habitació molt més espaiosa amb aire condicionat.
Aquí, pagant el doble, vam estar en una habitació interior i petita. En plena onada de calor només disposàvem d'un ventilador. El plat de dutxa estava embussat i la tapa del desguàs solta, al damunt, amb perill d'haver-la trepitjat amb els peus molls i haver relliscat.
336 euros, dues persones, per dormir i esmorzar no estan justificats.
L'esmorzar ha estat simplement acceptable. Res més.
Per aquest preu, a més, no tens aparcament. S'ha de reservar a banda i les places són molt limitades, per la qual cosa, és possible que hagis d'aparcar força lluny de l'hotel. Cap problema, perquè el passeig és maco, excepte si tens problemes de mobilitat o molt d'equipatge.
Ens sap greu, però no el podem recomanar perquè la relació qualitat-preu no és la correcta, al nostre parer.

We absolutely fell in love with this hotel and the city of Bayeaux! We stayed over the anniversary weekend of D-Day so there weren’t many other options for a family of four in one bedroom. This served our needs perfectly! The family bedroom is absolutely beautiful with two separate sleeping areas, an outstanding bathroom, and a beautiful window view of their courtyard. It’s perfectly located for walking the town, which is outstanding. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, even though the price tag is a little higher than others. The food is also outstanding in their restaurant. Breakfast was delicious, I recommend including this option. We also had a wonderful lunch. Reasonable prices too.

My daughter joined our trip , so we booked this hotel last minute, we checked in first and noticed a strange odor once we open the door, and we found it’s come from the fridge area, we made complaint to front desk lady, she use a spray come up with us and stayed 2 mins . We come back to sleep at late night, and the odor was still there and unbearable, I opened all the windows and checked out early in the morning. Told front desk lady again hope they fix that room #38

We were so pleased to be able to have time there.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with beautiful restaurant and lounge. The staff was so very welcoming and accommodating. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner and loved each meal. Our room was very comfortable.
