The staff were friendly
The stair carpet was worn. Our room #63 was in a shabby condition. The wash hand basin was cracked. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked and the grouting was dirty and chipped. The skirting boards all needed painting, the wallpaper on the ceiling was peeling off and the window frames need repair and painting. Not good enough for the price charged
The location, the helpful staff member who carried my bag upstairs when I arrived (no lifts) and the rooms were comfortable and well equiped. Loved its easy access to good restaurants and transport . Would definitely book again. Did not have breakfast there but there is a great coffee shop across the road on the corner.

The location was very good. Across the road from haymarket station.
The hotel is morden and looks nice.
There is no lifts at the hotel. So you have to carry your luggage up a narrow staircase.
The hotel room look nice, but the tv would not work.
The bathroom door would not lock.
They have painted over the fire safety poster on the door. So is not longer readable. Very dangerous if a fire.
The mugs were dirty.
The housekeeper was cleaning a room next to ours when we arrived and they left the dirty rubbish outside our room and was still there the mext morning.
The bed was the worst of all. Extremely hard barely slept all night. Was like sleeping on a rock. Back was aching the next day!

The location was perfect. Reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. Everything was clean and compfortable
One concern was that a member of the cleaning staff untied and opened a grocery bag of ours. He/she did not re-close it and left a bottle of cleaning detergent beside the bag. This was unnecessary and we were not impressed.

Not clean, no storage space for clothing, 3 hangers . Dated room, not clean. Not enough seating at breakfast, most days having to wait to be seated
