Schönes Hotel in guter Lage ( ruhig, Tram fußläufig) mit gutem Frühstück und gepflegten Räumen
Pros:

Kleines aber liebevoll ausgestattetes Zimmer, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, Schottisches Frühstück wahlweise auch vegetarisch möglich und lecker

Cons:

Die Heizung wurde erst am zweiten Abend richtig warm

Great location and respectful staff.
Pros:

Staff was amazing with us, Max is great. The location is really good, close to the tram station and bus stop.

Cons:

The bathroom needs maintenance, the drain would get clogged during showers. I thinks the continental breakfast need more options for the price.

Affordable luxury
Pros:

Beautiful row of Georgian townhouses. Delightfully restored and tastefully decorated. Beautiful spaces that we called home for 3 days. Great staff who go the extra mile. The hotel can also organise laundry done offsite for you. Lovely breakfast and a nice little bar to finish off with a night cap.

Very pleasant stay for two nights.
Pros:

Nice bedroom and shower room. Very clean. Nice bar and friendly staff.
Easy walk into centre of Edinburgh.

Cons:

Bed was a bit hard but slept ok.

Innamorata sia della città che di quell'albero
Pros:

Posizione, perefetta, a due passi dalla.fermata per raggiungere aeroporto. Contesto storico dell'immobile conservato. Bagno di nuova costruzione, con un sistema di risparmio acqua nella doccia, che abbassa talmente la pressione che la dovete svitare se non volete restarci sotto per mezz'ora. Colazione calda tipica abbondante e buona, buffet nella norma. Staff simpatico e gentile. Sicuramente consiglio.

Cons:

La nostra camera family superior non corrispondeva alle foto pubblicate. Non aveva quella bella finestra tipica rotonda, ma una semplice con vista sui yards incolti dietro alla proprietà, anche loro di un certo fascino però. Era anche più piccola.

Pros:

Lovely quiet location, great atmosphere. Room was little but cosy and very nice. Great and warm stuff with very nice and warm approach. Lovely dining hall with such a lovely artistic design. Rustic neighbourhood as hotel itself. We just loved it. In its own range, I can say absolute 10 of 10
