Vicinissimo al mare, personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Colazione buona e variegata. Piscine

Cons:

Un ottimo tre stelle, mancano una serie di dettagli per la quarta. Pulizia della camera non sempre al top (diverse volte non hanno svuotato il cestino), personale per niente aggiornato sulla presenza di bus in zona. Inserirei un servizio navetta per il centro

Sengen på vores værelse var ALT for hård for både mig og kæresten.

Morgenmaden og kaffen kunne godt have været bedre. Meget kedelig kaffe og lidt meget fokus på kage til morgenmad.

hôtel idéal pour faire un séjour de repos
Pros:

l'hôtel bien rénové, se situe à 2 min de la plage et de plusieurs restaurants. Notre chambre avec vue sur mer et balcon était très agréable. Beaucoup d'espace verdoyant autour de l'hôtel avec deux belles piscines d'eau de mer chauffée.
Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux, pas de restaurant le soir mais petite restauration à midi. Parking gratuit sur place.

Pros:

Ottima struttura pulitissima, personale gentilissimo, la vicinanza alla bellissima spiaggia di Citara e ai bus che ti portano a Forio e in altri punti dell'isola. Le piscine molto belle e c'è anche il Ristorante, tra l'altro buonissimo, per fare uno spuntino a pranzo. Tramonto mozzafiato dalle piscine.

Excellent Staff - all lovely
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, near the beach and the Giardini Poseidon Thermal Springs (definitely worth spending the day here) and buses into town just outside. The standard room we had was dated but clean. The pool area was very good. We found the breakfast good and the lunch menu enjoyable (aubergine parmigiana yum!). The main positive was the staff. They were all helpful, welcoming and friendly. High praise for them. Would recommend staying here.

Welcoming hotel with good amenities and great location.
Pros:

Staff were excellent. They made the stay really enjoyable. Reception gave a birthday bonus without being asked, they helped with taxis and were very informative. The restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. Anyone you meet working in the hotel had a smile. It made you feel very welcome.
The pool area was very good. The location was fab - near bus stop, beach (very busy) and the Poseidon Gardens Thermal Springs (worth a day). Would recommend.

Cons:

The standard room we had was dated but clean. Other reviews say rooms great so maybe there is a variety.

Great location! Walking distance from the beach. Friendly staff. Clean resort. Towels and umbrellas for Beach use. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful and delicious. Our biggest issue was regarding comfort. The beds and pillows are extremely flat. The showers are tiny. And the rooms are not soundproof at all. This resort still uses old-fashioned keys to enter and exit the rooms. You can hear people trying to unlock their doors throughout the entire night. The doors are heavy and close loudly.

Excellent Hotel n staff great location for beach n restaurants
Pros:

Lovely hotel very traditional staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good everything you could want probably better with more bread selection for toast. Rooms clean and good air con. Pools lovely top pool cooler and more refreshing. Location lovely and quiet nice restaurants nearby and bus service into town regular and cheap Taxis a rip off minimum charge 20 euro for a 5 min drive.
