Pros:

Llegué a las 22:20 y me encontré con que el restaurante estaba cerrado, cuando en otros hoteles es hasta laa 24:00 hrs.
Quise entonces usar la cafetera de la habitación; al verter el agua en el depósito había una fuga en la base y no subió como debía para preparar el café

No es ninguna novedad que la gente de Tabasco no tiene tacto para la prestación de servicios, es por eso que la gente es poco amable y en general con un nivel de educación menor, sin embargo al ser un hotel reconocido deberían condicionar a su personal a ser más amable con los clientes
