Overall great place to stay and good value for money
Pros:

Good location, walking distance from everything needed in town, with lots of restaurants, shops, and other activities on the lakefront. The room was very spacious, bed was comfortable. There was the option to do laundry as well which was great.

Cons:

The hotel and rooms were quite dated, with older furniture and fittings. Otherwise all very good.

Cons:

Very very tired needs significant renovations, a lift up to second level. Aircon a must was very hot in our room without.
Cost was more than I’d expected to pay for that level of hotel/motel

Pros:

Gute Lage am See. Bequeme Betten. Sauberkeit war ok, sonst ist es in Neuseeland meist besser.

Cons:

Gebäude ist halt alt, daher hört man die Nachbarn, der Kühlschrank im Zimmer brummt auch. Und das Duschwasser der Nachbarzimmer rauscht auch...
Eigentlich alles nicht so schlimm, aber für den Preis darf man schon mehr erwarten. Vorallem mehr Freundlichkeit !

Nice play to stay in Te Anau!
Pros:

Excellent location on Lake Te Anau. 10-15 minute walk to the Real NZ glow worm tour meeting point, as well as shops and restaurants. Clean room and easy check-in and check-out.

Cons:

The doors are small and some of them slam shut immediately, making it difficult to get luggage in and out. The water pressure is very high in most places in NZ, but the shower head in our room blasts you with a harsh spray that is quite uncomfortable. The water also sprayed outside of the shower, making the bathroom floor very wet.

Nicht viel Zeit im Zimmer verbracht, dafür in Ordnung
Pros:

Für ein sehr einfaches Hotel war alles da und funktional.
Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Es hat furchtbar gerochen im Zimmer. Nach Insektenmittel oder Putzmittel.
Echt extrem.

Pros:

Die Lage war gut, die Betten waren bequem und es war zwar eher älteres Mobiliar, aber alles war sauber und gepflegt. Beim Frühstück hatte man einen tollen Blick auf den See.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung insgesamt ist eher altbacken und die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig.

Bel emplacement près du lac. Stationnement gratuit sur place. Confortable et tranquille.

Cons:

Hôtel ayant besoin de rénovation. Un peu vieillot. Prix du souper (buffet) un peu dispendieux pour le choix de repas. Pas d’ascenseur.
