Overall my stay was ok but some of staff and the manager was not supportive

Amazing stay, great breakfast, exceptional staff and service!
Pros:

Everything! Staff were exceptional! It was my birthday and they left me a lovely note and treat in my room and made me feel super special. Breakfast was amazing! Great spread and had everything you could want. Really great staff and service - would come back in a heartbeat and stay longer!

Fabulous couple days of relaxing, just what we needed!
Pros:

Justin, Maggie, Stella and Daniel were great, they made us feel very welcome and were very attentive for both dinner and breakfast service. My son really enjoyed the pancakes for breakfast, and we left very full and happy too! The room was comfortable and warm with the heater on which was great as it was very chilly outside.
A big thank you to all the staff for looking after us and making our stay great.

Cons:

Quite a lot of condensation on the windows in the morning. Maybe some better extraction in the rooms would help.

Comfiest bed of our stay, staff were also super friendly and helpful. Big shout out to the cleaning staff who appeared to be working non stop and had our room immaculate :) parking was also a good addition
