Hearton Hotel Nishiumeda

Great place/

Extremely good location, literally right next to Kitte (!!).
Typical business hotel in Japan, rooms are small which is expected, but all amenities provided.

Good location to trains

Conveniently located beside Osaka Umeda station. Near all the malls, restaurants and transportation. Area is peaceful as well.

Our room had no cupboards or drawers for storing our clothes so we had to live out of our suitcases all week. I asked for a change of rooms to something which had cupboards and drawers but was advised none of the rooms had any. The room would have been OK for an overnight stay but not for an extended stay.
The buffet breakfast was barely adequate.
No room-safe to store valuables.
No blockout curtains.
No cable TV, only local Japan TV.
Unless the bathroom door was left ajar there was no airflow into the room while having a shower.
No chair(s) to sit on and relax.
Staff were polite and courteous.
Our floor and presumably other floors had a drink vending machine, an ice machine and a cold water dispenser.
Air conditioning worked well which was necessary as Osaka was very hot.
Unlimited tea, coffee and milk sachets were available in the foyer.
Beds were quite comfortable.
The hotel was located adjacent to JR Osaka Station West exit and a short walk to Daimaru shopping centre.
It was also only about 300m from the Airport Limousine Bus drop off point.
Early check-in was available for a Y3000 charge.
We certainly wouldn’t stay there again but others may see it differently.

I've stayed at the Nishiumeda multiple times and will stay there again on future trips to Osaka. Their pillows can be bigger and fluffier. They have added additional washer and dryers to their B1 level which helps with my longer stays. Their breakfast is always good and price is reasonable.

Super close to Osaka station. Just down the ally. Laundry onsite. Spacious enough room. No complaints.

This was an easy place to stay at, although there wasn’t much to do close-by. It’s pretty accessible to transit once you get the hang of things. The bed was hard and the laundry is next to a loading dock with nowhere comfortable or air conditioned to sit, but I was happy with my stay.

The hotel is located less than 5 minutes walk away from the JR Osaka west exit, which provides convenient access to the Osaka loop line and Kansai airport express Haruka. Metro station is also nearby. Lots of shopping and food options are available. We can easily spend a couple of days in this area to see them all.

Our room with a double bed was small but had enough space for us to lay suitcases flat. The bathroom amenities were a little bit dated compared to some of the newer properties we had stayed before, but they work just fine. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. The room faces the train tracks, so we could hear trains as late as 12 AM and as early as 5:30 AM.

The Hearton Hotel is located just meters from Osaka Train Station, offering easy access to multiple transportation options. The hotel's condition is very good, and the service is excellent.

The staff was very helpful, especially with helping us recieve our luggage through the transport service we used.

It's clean and they provide amenities. But that's the bare minimum in Japan. Considering how much we paid for this the shower temprature was not stable and staff weren't thaaaat great. Location is convenient for transportation to most places much not much around the station itself
