TV no es Smart, pero fue lo único
No es un edificio vertical ,si no que son como casas dentro del recinto con un jardin espectacular , ubicacion para moverte andando perfecta , personal de seguridad en el acceso al recinto y por supuesto los dos jacutzi termal que tienen muy bien

Ubicación excelente en medio de la calle principal, habitación amplia y limpia, aguas termales.
Las indicaciones para el agua caliente en la ducha están al revés. No había agua potable en la habitación; había que salir a buscarla.
Es un hotel precioso! Está ubicado en plena calle santander pero es un oasis de silencio! No se oye nadade ruido, los jardines son muy bonitos y la habitacion es enorme, se accede desde el hardin. Ademas tienen aguas termales en el mismo jardin que puedes usar libremente. Las camas son grandes y confortables. No le saco ninguna pega

La presión del agua en la ducha estaba perfecta, también disfrutamos de las aguas termales. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y tenían todo lo necesario. Lo recomiendo!
Estuvimos aquí durante unos días muy calurosos y el ventilador que tenían no ayudó mucho, uno más grande o con mas potencia hubiera ayudado más, ya que el calor se encerraba mucho en la habitación.
Lugar accesible y comodo en Panajachel, cerca de restaurantes, del muelle al lago y de agencias para reservar excursiones o transportes si los necesitas. El hotel cuenta con dos piscinitas de agua termal ideal para terminar el dia. Cama grande y comoda y baño amplio. Todo muy limpio.
