Wonderful and relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

We loved the thermal water pools, as well as walking around the property. Breakfast quality and service was excellent.
Having the ability to send cloths for cleaning was also excellent.

Cons:

We would've like to have more towels that originally provided, but not a big deal because they provided additional towels upon reqwuest.

Pros:

Comfy beds and hot shower!!! Great location on the main strip in Panajachel. Close proximity to everything (restaurants, shopping, and 10 min walk from the lake). The spas/hot springs were great for relaxing after a long day of adventuring.

El sitio es agradable, los jardines, las aguas termales! La ubicación es buena, con muchos restaurantes alrededor y muy acompañado, seguro para andar caminando.

Cons:

Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas, aunque si son bien amplias. Sería bueno actualizarlas!
Tenía área de cocina, pero sin ningún implemento: ni un vaso, plato o cubiertos, como para aprovechar una habitación que era como un apartamento.
