Fijn hotel om Panajachel en het meer te ontdekken.
Pros:

Mooie tuinmet oa hotsprings! Vriendelijk personeel en mooie, ruime kamer. Ligging prettig om Panjachel en het meer te bezoeken

Cons:

Het was erg rustig in het restaurant, wat meer levendigheid hadden wij wel leuk gevonden.

Overall it was a good experience and we would go back.

Cons:

I think that the floors in the rooms could have been cleaner. Perhaps freshly mopped?
It was OK that there was no AC, but they only provided 1 fan for a large room with three beds in it and that was inadequate. Therefore we had poor quality sleep. We asked repeatedly for atleast 1 more fan and they stated that it was unavailable.
Soap and shampoo dispensers did not work in shower.

Pros:

The volcanic geothermal springs pools are the shining star here! The showers are great too! Big spacious rooms, quiet garden next to the busy main street. Perfect!

Pros:

Central position. Thermal pools. Nice gardens

Cons:

Tired. In need of refurb. Lots of construction noise early in morning which we weren’t warned about. Tried to put us in room 1 initially which was like a prison cell but did then agree to move us to a different room
