Underwhelming
Pros:

Central position. Thermal pools. Nice gardens

Cons:

Tired. In need of refurb. Lots of construction noise early in morning which we weren’t warned about. Tried to put us in room 1 initially which was like a prison cell but did then agree to move us to a different room

Oasis in the city
Pros:

Close to town center but very quiet rooms. The soaking tubs and beautifully landscaped property. Large bathroom for two travellers. Comfortable beds. Helpful friendly staff.

Lugar hermoso y cerca de todo
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, instalaciones y personal. En plena calle principal, con aguas termales y cascada de agua fría para hacer terapia frío/caliente. Desayuno incluído y hotel bonito con habitaciones cómodas. Caminando a 5 minutos del lago.

Cons:

Todo bien, nada que no haya gustado.

Nice and well-maintained territory; nice and spacious room and bathroom; thermals is a real pleasure, staff is very nice; food is good.

Price could drop 20% or so.

Renovierung wäre nötig
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut, man war in 10 Minuten zu Fuß am See und viele Restaurants waren fußläufig erreichbar

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und eine Renovierung wäre dringend von nöten, deshalb ist auch der Preis nicht wirklich gerechtfertigt. Unser Zimmer hatte außerdem viele Schimmelspuren an den Wänden und die Fenster gingen nicht richtig zu obwohl wir im Erdgeschoss untergebracht wurden

A lovely luxury feel hotel which feels peaceful even in the centre of a bustling port town
Pros:

Great location near to Panajachel dock which still seems to feel peaceful and spacious. Really enjoyed using the natural thermal pool. Breakfast very good also and staff very helpful and friendly.

A lovely night in Panajachel.
Pros:

It was fairly clean and quiet for us. The hot springs you go to and press the button for attention - then they bring the towels and can warm up the pools for you. (Occasionally it's way too hot or luke warm).

Cons:

There was only 1 pillow in the room, it was fairly basic and we had to look around for towels for the hot springs pool. Unfortunately the water filters weren't always kept full either.
