The hot spring spa, traditional Mayan sauna, tropical garden and central location made our stay enjoyable. Comfortable beds, free wifi and a spacious room. An oasis of calm in a very busy and noisy tourist hub.
I was disappointed by the supplements the hotel charged to use their facilities. For example, 150 GTQ (about $20 USD) for 30 minutes use of the sauna, The family suite I was given had a fully equipped kitchen, however, the appliances were not plugged in. The hotel charged a supplement of 150 GTQ per day x 2 (about $40 USD in total) just to plug in the refrigerator.
Blackout curtains would have made sleep more comfortable. The room was extremely warm, but there was no air conditioner; there was only an electric tower fan in the bedroom.

Breakfast was good and economical. Staff was helpful and nice. The thermal water and massages where wonderful.

Great location and large rooms. Safe, comfortable. Only had a brief stay as heading off early the next day but easily could have stayed there as our base and then done day trips out to the villages around the lake. Close to good eateries and good value markets. We didn’t have time to try their hot springs sadly, but others were enjoying them when we arrived - looked good.
