Es un hotel céntrico, que permite disfrutar de las atracciones a pie, las habitaciones son cómodas y en muy buen estado. El contar con espacio de parqueo interno es un plus.

Cons:

Hace bastante calor en las noches y solo se cuenta con un ventilador que no ayuda mucho a apaciguar el calor.

Cuando lo terminen de reformar, será muy top.

La ubicación y el recinto, un oasis en mitad de la calle Santander.

Cons:

La habitación era muy grande y estaba recién reformada pero en el baño no había percha para colgar las toallas, ni en la habitación armario o lugar donde colocar y colgar la ropa.
Las almohadas nada cómodas.
Al estar en obras, los operarios hacían mucho ruido de maquinaria y golpes, y para momentos como la siesta, fue muy molesto.

Corta estancia en Panajachel

La ubicación central, las aguas termales, el entorno. El desayuno estuvo muy bien, sobretodo la atención de las meseras.

Cons:

Llegué a las 3PM y fui a las aguas termales alrededor de las 5PM, pero las mismas no se encontraban a una buena temperatura para relajar (sólo estaban tibias). Recomiendo que antes que ingresen los nuevos huéspedes del día, vuelvan a calentar el agua de los pozos, sin que tengan que estar llamando al servicio para hacerlo. En nuestro caso, un huésped llamó, pero hasta que se calentara el agua tardó una media hora. Únicamente para mejorar.
