It was dirty, broken glases on the walking areas. The worker just walked next to it and didn’t even reported.

La presión del agua en la ducha estaba perfecta, también disfrutamos de las aguas termales. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y tenían todo lo necesario. Lo recomiendo!
Estuvimos aquí durante unos días muy calurosos y el ventilador que tenían no ayudó mucho, uno más grande o con mas potencia hubiera ayudado más, ya que el calor se encerraba mucho en la habitación.
Lugar accesible y comodo en Panajachel, cerca de restaurantes, del muelle al lago y de agencias para reservar excursiones o transportes si los necesitas. El hotel cuenta con dos piscinitas de agua termal ideal para terminar el dia. Cama grande y comoda y baño amplio. Todo muy limpio.

los jardines son hermosos las habitaciones confortables y las aguas termales muy agradables el desayuno con rico y todo el personal muy amable nos agrado mucho la estancia

Ice rooms and hot springs.
The small space fans in the rooms do not keep them cool. I think they bought the cheapest space fans available. The beds in the room were so small that only one person could comfortably sleep in each bed. The front desk staff were unwilling to let guests use the toaster oven or microwave to heat up food. However, the chef in the kitchen was happy to give us access to the equipment to heat up our food.
