Pros:

The place is beautiful clean and the rooms are lovely.

Cons:

When we checked in the receptionist showed us the check in reservation in there it was written acomandation and breakfast. The receptionist told us our stay includes breakfast and all the details. We went to our room and after a while we passed the reception and we were told there was a mistake and our stay doe's not include breakfast.
The most important thing to know before booking there is that you can find out that in the room next to you are a one year old baby that cries a lot and if you thought to relax you can't. It wasn't a Value for money that i thought it will be.

Un Hotel con Alma
Pros:

Una maravillosa estancia en un hotel con un recorrido familiar de 30 años gestionado por la nueva generación, donde el buen hacer se percibe en cada detalle. El trato es cercano y hasta cariñoso, te sientes como en casa.
La amplia habitación sobre un cuidado jardín y la piscina, inmejorable. El baño obligado a la vuelta de las excursiones a los magníficos enclaves de la comarca. El broche de oro tiene lugar en el restaurante, con una estrella Michelin, donde el chef da rienda suelta a una cocina creativa con atencíon especial al buen producto y al trato impecable por parte del personal.

El desayuno está elaborado, como el resto de la cocina, con productos locales y ecológicos, siendo presentado a todo detalle y muy completo. Nada que ver con los buffets habituales!

La ubicación es excepcional, entre Sigüenza y Medinacelli, dos localidades imprescindibles, en plena naturaleza, que en julio estalla con sus campos de cereales. El molino aporta el toque histórico con una antigüedad de 500 años.

De noche, con una temperatura deliciosa que evita el aire acondicionado, ofrecen una experiencia bajo el cielo estrellado a cargo de un experto que nos enseña a leer el cielo, y mucho más.

Sin ninguna duda, un sitio al que volveremos. Y nuestra enhorabuena a la señora Toñi, que nos contó la fascinante historia de esta empresa junto a su marido Juan Moreno, y como sus hijos, Blanca, la actual directora y Samuel, el chef, se unieron al proyecto.

A special place very close to Sigüenza. You can have a relaxing time at the hotel and nice walks around the village

La atención de todo el personal fue excelente, es un sitio genial para desconectar sin ruidos, y tienen bonitos detalles en la estancia.
