En arrivant avec ma famille, on a été un peu déçu de la chambre, ce n’est pas comme sur les photos, pas de tout charmante, depuis le balcon on voit juste un maison, ça me donnait pas de tout envie d’y rester. Avant de faire la réservation j’ai vu qu’il avait le service de lessive, lequel n’était pas disponible pendant mon séjour, le restaurant était aussi fermé, la wifi marchait à peine…. On avait choisi cet hôtel car il avait l’aire d’être sympa et agréable vu qu’il y a une piscine mais à cause des services fermés, on n’a pas resté longtemps à séjourner et se détendre dans les installations.

Agréable séjour
Pros:

L’établissement est agréable et la piscine est un gros plus. L’hôtel bénéficie d’un parking et tout l’hôtel est climatisé.
Le personnel est très gentil et l’établissement est sécuriser.

Cons:

Dommage que la piscine ne ferme pas plus tard (ferme à 18h) vers 21h.

Pros:

Clean rooms and nice surrondings, but breakfast was very simple, and we had to ask the staff to refill. Poolarea is good, but the nagging for swimhats and that they close the pool for cleaning mid-day (independent of use) sort of destroy our holidays. Felt more like a burden than spending guests. Not going back there.

Var ikke så fornøyd ved ankomst siden hotellet lå litt langt fra flyplassen og taxituren dit var dyr.
Men dagen etter fikset daglig leder Mr Massimo nytt rom og sørget for å gjøre oppholdet så bra som mulig. Han var svært imøtekommende og hjalp med henting og sjekking av buss/tigtider da jeg de første dagene var uten bil.
Frokosten er italiensk med mye søte kaker, men fikk litt grønnsaker til eggerøre da jeg spurte

We had a wonderful stay. You would need a car to get around.
Pros:

The property was beautiful, the pool was very clean, the setting and the scenery was stunning. Masimo and his family were so helpful and kind to our group. They drove us to places we needed to go to. There were no taxis available in the area.

Cons:

It was in a very rural area. There were no amenities in the area such as shops etc.
