Non è assolutamente un 4 stelle! forse un 3 stelle stiracchiato...

Le finestre e gli infissi sono del secolo scorso! ho rischiato di farmi male per aprirle!

L'impianto di condizionamento (riscaldamento nel nostro caso visto che era febbraio) è molto rumoroso e impossibile da accendere di notte; inoltre si spegne quando si esce dalla stanza, quindi quando si torna la stanza è fredda.
Bisogna dire che a Palermo è un dettaglio di poco conto, visto che a febbraio quasi non era necessario... ma cmq il condizionatore è lo stesso anche per l'estate quando ci sono 40 gradi!

I bagni, molto grandi, sono tutti sprovvisti di finestra e di ventola d'aspirazione.

Il letto è nuovo, ma non comodo, inoltre abbiamo chiesto una coperta matrimoniale e ce ne sono state fornite due singole (con il marchio di un altro hotel)... credo che il fattore freddo non sia mai stato preso in considerazione a Palermo! :-)

Cmq lo staff è stato disponibile, per quanto possibile.
