El desayuno es un poco flojo y cuando hay grupos, el comedor resulta un poco agobiante.
Staff were helpful, location was ok.
A bland hotel with no discernible character. If you like sweet things for breakfast this is the place for you. There was a great range of pastries and tarts but they were all drenched in sugar. Too much for me. The coffee was indifferent.
My room was noisy.
La struttura è accogliente e ben fatta. Ottima posizione per visitare il centro città. Parcheggio per auto un po' caro ma comodo
Piazza politeama è molto frequentatabdai giovani di sera/notte. Non è certo una location rilassante. Comunque dalle camere non si sente tanto rumore.

Location was very good, not to far to walk to the places of interests, restaurants, bars etc. The airport bus stop was a few minutes walk as was the local buses.
The hotel was very comfortable, the staff were friendly, helpful. The room was a good size as was the bathroom.
The only negative we have regarding our room was it was very dark and even with the windows open it was still dark. Maybe extra lighting may help. Our room was facing apartments and every morning building work started around 8am which wasn't great.
The bathroom was a great size but lacked shelves or places to put shower, make up products etc.

The four star rating was somewhat optimistic. The breakfast was minimal and I found an old biro under the bed in a wad of dust, so the cleaning was poor. The aircon didn’t work which didn’t matter too much in October but must be horrific on the summer

Dieses Hotel verdient keine 4 Sterne. Zu enge Gänge, Rezeption im Keller, Gepäck muss eine Treppe zur Rezeption runtergebracht werden. Und obwohl uns ohne zu fragen sofort ein "Upgrade" zu einer Junior Suite angeboten wurde, stimmte wenig: WLAN läuft zu schwach, deshalb unbrauchbar, TV dasselbe. Badewanne mit Whirlpool funktionierte nicht, Waschbecken tropft, Kanapee sieht abgeschossen aus
La posizione davvero ottima, per chi vuole godere il centro di Palermo.
Ho prenotato la Junior Suite, la vasca idromassaggio non funzionava
