La ubicación perfecta ! Y el servicio muy bien también el desayuno increíble

Lo único las instalación del hotel son medias antiguas y por lo menos en mi habitación la calefacción hacía un ruido bastante molesto, lo comenté en recepción y no me dieron solución ya q la calefacción se enciende automática según ellos

Confortable y bien situado
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación para conocer Palermo a pie. La habitación y el baño muy grandes (con ducha y bañera separados) y la cama muy confortable. El desayuno, bueno.

Cons:

La decoración a mejorar sin duda. Parking un poco caro.

Pour un court séjour pour visiter le vieux quartier de Palerme

Très bel emplacement. Hôtel bien situé pour visiter la vieille ville de Palerme.

Cons:

Chambre très bruyante. Travaux en face tôt le matin et agitation dans la rue tard le soir.

Sono stato accolto molto bene fin dal mio arrivo, con grande cordialità e disponibilità da parte dello staff. Anche al check-out, nonostante un piccolo inconveniente da parte mia, il personale è stato comprensivo e professionale. Ho apprezzato molto anche l’aiuto ricevuto per uscire dal parcheggio, dato che lo spazio di manovra era limitato.

Cons:

Nel bagno l’estrattore d’aria non funzionava correttamente, quindi gli odori tendevano a ristagnare. Inoltre, la doccia presentava evidenti tracce di calcare; per questo ho preferito utilizzare la vasca, che risultava più pulita. Sarebbe utile migliorare questi aspetti per rendere l’esperienza ancora più confortevole.
