Great location near the cruise terminal, nice rooms and friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location, nice rooms. Bigger than your average hotel. Beds were comfortable, nice bathrooms.

The hotel was the best I have been to in a city.
Bed and rooms clean and comfortable.
Public bathroom on 2nd floor outstanding...very clean sleek and modern.

Front desk Ryan and were wonderfully helpful. They fixed a billing issue for myself and a friend.

Fabulous Upscale Downtown Hotel Near the Port.
Pros:

Everything!!
Beautiful recent renovation.
Very accessible to downtown and Stanley Park and Vancouver Tower.
Fabulous 1 hr. ferry ride around Cole Harbour.

It was pricey but we were able to change the room rate close to our arrival which was a significant savings.
The hotel receptionists, Horace and Rayan were more than gracious and helpful, going above and beyond to help us!

Great staff and location. Underwhelming management
Pros:

Horace and Staci of the reception team were very helpful

Cons:

Unhygienic loose top sheets kept exposing me to the unwashed comforter. Disgusting.
Hot tub and pool were both very clean. Both had a rind of scum around the top. I stayed 7 days. It didn’t improve.
