Pros:

The room was spacious and modern.

Cons:

The bathroom didn’t smell clean and the bathtub looked dirty. I think they need to change the shower curtain cause it smelled like mildew. I also didn’t like the heated toilet seat and there is no option to turn it off.

Excellent
Pros:

I go to lots of hotels but by far this one was the best! The staff was friendly, the hotel was very close to the Vancouver Convention Center (5 min walk) in a very safe neighborhood, and the room was very clean. I liked how they didn't use much of chemicals for cleaning, while the room and the beds were very clean.

Cons:

There was nothing I disliked about the hotel.

Pros:

Overall it was a decent place to stay.The room was clean.The bed was comfortable.Recetion was very polite.

Cons:

I wasn't very happy to have had to wait 50 minutes to get in to my room.I arrived very tired.Other people were waiting also.This was the first time in all the years I stayed in hotels in Vancouver this happened.The shower facility was poor also.The curtain was too short and water spilled out on the floor.The fan went on and off all night making it difficult to sleep.I won't be returning any time soon.
