Overall great stay.
Pros:

It was conveniently located. The room was clean and everything you need was there. I stayed at view of street so it was a bit noisy but nothing bothered me too much. Nice touch was a Japanese toilet!!

Cons:

The pillows were too high. There was only. valet parking.

Great modern hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

Location was excellent. Room was huge and we made use of the hot tub. Staff we lovely.

The air conditioning was either full on like an airplane engine or off.

Would stay here again!
Pros:

Very friendly staff! Super clean. Love the vinyl flooring instead of carpet in the room. And liquid hand soap instead of a bar of soap. The heated outdoor rooftop pool was amazing!

Horrible, not a 4 star hotel.

Cons:

I developed a rash and hives and the staff only comped me 40 percent of my bill. I had a horrible experience and was only there for two nights. I will be writing a longer review on a different site.

Quiet stay in the heart of the city
Pros:

Very nice room with one switch to turn on/off all the lights with a single press dimmer as well. Not applicable to every room. Very spacious (I've stayed in multiple rooms due to multiple stays for work so again this can vary). Firm bed so I slept incredibly well. Location is quiet with lots of amenities close by.

Cons:

View can be fairly bad (as in you're looking at the next office building(s) which may or may not turn out the lights at night. Not every room is the same so your results may vary. Room didn't have a remote for the TV but a quick call to front desk had someone bring on up.

Room doesn’t match the photos, mountain view is same as city view

Cons:

I would recommend to check well which room is given to you, I payed for a room with a mountain view and they gave me city view with the excuse it had a little of mountain view, but in reality it had the building in front of me. My room was 616.
It was not the room it showed in the booking and I could have saved +$50 if I have chosen the regular room.
When I asked about it they said the hotel was fully booked and they would not be able to change me.

Best place at this cost.
Pros:

Room was clean and had good WiFi. The neighborhood is excellent. I also liked the outdoor bathtub.
