Great city base

The hotel was comfortable, upscale and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The lighting control in the room was so modern that we found confusing & frustrating. Also it was ridiculous to be given just 2 glasses & 2 coffee pods. We got extra glasses and asked extra pods daily. There were no hooks in the bathroom for the big towels. The cupboards were totally empty. It was as if the room was only 95% finished

Perfectly located hotel with exceptional staff.
Pros:

This was such a nice hotel to stay at in a perfect location. And I can't praise the Front Desk staff enough: they were so friendly, professional and helpful. We had a King Premium with Balcony which had a fold out sofa with a separate bed and the room size was perfect for two people. The view we had was of the city, but it was still a very nice view. The room appeared to be recently renovated and the bathroom was awesome; I particularly loved the deep bath (the toilet was a little interesting though)! Also, the location was fantastic, close to walking paths, restaurants, Stanley Park and some great shopping in West Vancouver. I would stay here again in a heart-beat.

Excellent hotel for the price.
Pros:

Excellent modern room with lots of light. Loved the integrated room controls. Convenient location in the downtown area with public transport nearby to easily get around the city.

I would stay again
Pros:

The position in town was perfect to walk around. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and large clean room.

Cons:

I would have liked a view from my room. I only had a tall building to look at.

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff.
Pros:

We were in town for marathon and the location was perfect. As we had a car though, it made leaving after the marathon a bit tricky. However, the staff recognized it was going to be difficult leaving with all of the road closures and people in the area, and were very helpful and accommodating in allowing us to leave our luggage and car parked there after we checked out so we could leave at a later time when things quieted down.
Room was spotless and had all we needed.

I don’t remember requesting a quiet room, but it was quiet and high enough to see the rooftops. Staff very friendly, and helpful. Very comfortable bed.
