So clean so quite
The stuff is so nice
We arrived in Vancouver as our first trip to Canada, it was a busy week as also the start of the FIFA World Cup so everywhere was world cupped out with signed , fan sites and big screens , as it should be for such an event. With our first visit we were unsure of location and also the accommodation prices were much higher than normal . We chose and managed to book our hotel . The location is perfect as close to Stanley park, the sites of downtown Vancouver and only minutes from the water front train station. The staff were more than welcoming and very helpful when we had an issue with one of our private tour booking and very helpful in calling on our behalf to sort it out . The rooms are very spacious and facility very good . We were on the 12th floor but would suggest a higher floor to get a better view above some of the high rise buildings . Will def book this hotel again
A great way to explore the city. Frank was an excellent guide.
Great location! Close to the cruise terminal and lots of restaurant, shopping and places to see within walking distance. Hotel and room was comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, modern and with good amenities.
Great property nicely based near harbour. Pool was good to have, room was good with nice city corner views.
Nothing
I was amazed that this was one of the least expensive hotels in the area when we stayed 2 nights in May 2026! Everything was amazing! Great location, very nice staff, large, awesome room with a comfortable bed and pillows and amenities... the whole package!
El confort, la ubicación, la amabilidad del personal
I left clothing behind and they have been accommodating in returning it to me.
The room service was so so. Food was so so.
Last stop on our touring holiday from UK with Titan. After 15 days touring we were very tired and so glad we were allocated a room on the 11th floor. I’m told the windows are hermetically sealed and as such we heard very little road noise on the Sunday night & slept well. However on the Monday morning we were woken early by the beeping sound of large vehicles reversing somewhere nearby. It appears there is construction work & I’ve attached a photo showing where this could be. Location is very good near the cruise ship docks and it only took a 30 minutes slow stroll to reach Gastown.

Air conditioning didn’t work first night. We had to open a window which was noisy, and the room was uncomfortable
Comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities.
Not enough hanging storage for clothes
The hotel was comfortable, upscale and the staff were very friendly.
The lighting control in the room was so modern that we found confusing & frustrating. Also it was ridiculous to be given just 2 glasses & 2 coffee pods. We got extra glasses and asked extra pods daily. There were no hooks in the bathroom for the big towels. The cupboards were totally empty. It was as if the room was only 95% finished
This was a hotel used by our tour group so I didn’t decide to stay here but it was fab.
Location great - very short walk to Canada place. Grocery store opposite.
Hotel itself - modern, clean, lovely staff and rooms were so comfy.
Bathroom again spotless. Tons of hot water and deep baths for a good soak.
Reception kept my bags as I had a late flight.
Great place to stay. Would return.
