We will stay at the Coast again, it was an excellent experience.
Pros:

We had a newly renovated room, it was modern and thoughtfully put together. Our washroom had a bidet, something I love since traveling in Asia. The bed was super comfortable. It had a small little fridge to keep things cool. Beautiful location, close to the waterfront. Close by was a grocery store, and some of the best restaurants in Vancouver were in walking distance. Valet parking was very reasonably priced. We will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

We could hear people in the hallways, like they were in our room with us. Our coffee maker didn’t work, even after we let them know it wasn’t working the previous day.

Very comfy stay in the heart of Vancouver!
Pros:

Comfortable bed and clean. Great location. Bidet toilet is great and very eco friendly

Cons:

Electric plugs on lamps are loose fitting . Need better plug ins for devices

Deceptive billing. Terrible service
Cons:

Not transparent about fees. Tried to slip through extra charges until I noticed it at checkout. Unprofessional and dismissive staff. Overall a shady experience. Will never go back to a Coast Hotel. Be careful.

Excellent
Pros:

Beautiful Hotel with beautiful harbour views just across the block. Location was very convenient and walking distance to Canada place and other city attractions. Room was clean with fancy heated toilet. My kids loved it 😊
