Great value for the money clean rooms nice breakfast

We stayed here many times close to walking street the beach hop’s restaurant

What I think about the AYA
Pros:

The hotel's location is great, and the accommodation prices are cheap.

Cons:

The night guard in the lobby is unfriendly, doesn't seem to know anything about the guests.The towels don't smell clean, and the furniture is old.
