Pros:

久しぶりの宿泊だったが、変わらずコストパフォーマンスは高いと感じた。
ビーチロードと2ndロードのどちらからも近いが騒音は聞こえず快適。
Walking Streetが近い。
食事が出来る場所がホテル近くに多様にあい便利。

Cons:

チェックアウト前に廊下で騒ぐ客がいたくらいで、ホテルに落ち度はない。
