・繁華街に近いが，奥まっているため騒音も無い
・隣が，日本人経営のALL PATTAYA，ここでレンタルバイクを借りた(THB250/day)
・部屋広い
・朝食は最上階で，アウトドアでも食べることができる
・ショッピングモールに隣接していて，エアコンの効いた店内で休息できる

Cons:

・シャワーブースの扉の立て付けが悪く，洗面まで水浸しになるがレインシャワーのみのため水流の向きを変更できなかった．
・TVの取り付けが斜め

Superentspannt und wunderschön
Pros:

AYA liegt ideal zwischen dem Nachtleben und dem Strand. Erstaunlicherweise in einer ruhigen Ecke. Mein Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und sauber mit tollem Service. Ich habe lange mich mehr so gut auf einem Bett geschlafen. Leider habe ich es nicht geschafft, im Pool zu schwimmen, aber er sieht schön und chillig aus.
