Relaxing, safe, peaceful and the staff really was sooo helpful.
Pros:

Very nice, but the ladies working the desk really made my stay. Lynette is one of the sweetest and most compassionate person I’ve ever met. I also loved the way the whole hotel smells. And the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Nothing, I’ve already booked another stay for October.

Clean, comfortable bed linens that did not burn my skin, well laid out breakfast with many options.
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed sheets did not burn my skin. Many hotels use harsh chemicals and bleach on their sheets, so this was a nice luxury. The breakfast was good and had many nice options. The waffle maker was a favorite of mine. Coffee was a little bit weak - but I like strong coffee.

Cons:

There was a Gasden Chamber of Commerce event going on and it got a bit loud coming from the Pool area, and the lobby was pretty crowded. It only lasted 2 -3 hours, so it was fine.

Convenient for area. Poor management is going to be the death of the property.
Pros:

Newly renovated. However, need new cleaning staff. Bed and towels not neatly made. Left half empty toilet paper on holder with a stain on it. Had to change rooms twice as AC not working in room 228.

Cons:

I don’t like that they haven’t vacuum the room or hallway.

Great place
Pros:

Continental Breakfast was really good. Plenty of options to choose from. Clean and modern facility

Cons:

There was a sign posted that the pool was closed for maintenance and when I got up to my room, looked out the
window there are people in the pool. I guess they forgot to take the sign down. I would have loved to swim but
it was too late by the time I realized I could.

Overall a good stay.
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The check-in staff was wonderful. The facility was clean. The only problem we had was the pillows. They mashed so flat even when doubled.

Pros:

Great room, clean.

Cons:

Some lady continued opening my door with her key card before checkout and then asking me if I was checking out. She didn’t just do it once, she done it twice. Nobody should be coming in your room until you check out
