2 ton Tessie lumbering around in the room above me at 2 am.
This was located near the event I was in town for. The room was comfortable and clean. Even with the mx up in reservations, they found us a room.
I happened to be there on a rough weekend which may be straightened out by now. They said a new reservation system was beginning and reservations through third party bookings weren't showing correctly. So it was a 30 minute wait to get that straightened out, but it was and the staff remained as cool as they could with the issues.
The breakfast person overslept and was about an hour late and no one else seemed to know how to get anything set up but coffee and some cold items. No big deal for us, we had time to wait, but some folks were angry they couldn't get a hot breakfast due need to go. However, once she was there, she got everything out and it was fine. Maybe some minimum training for other staff in an emergency like this --- at least how to turn on the juice machine.

It was clean and close to a lot of things
Size of room was nice. Bed was comfortable and the room layout was nice.
AC/Heat in room did not work. Also, minor problem with shower curtain was to short impossible to keep floor dry, created slip hazard.
Comfort was fine
The soap was left open in the shower from the previous guest. A used bar of soap was in the shower. That just makes me want to throw up. I didn’t say anything to the front desk because she was very kind and we were only staying one night. I didn’t notice it until I was already in the shower, so the cleaning person probably just didn’t see it, but it caught me by surprise. I just wish that I didn’t have to see it.

Great location. Breakfast was good.
Staff was rude. Our first rooms door was open because the lock would not go in. The toilet paper had to be exchanged out due to it being brown. There was a foul odor in the room. The room was not clean. There was something sticky all over the table in the room. Trash was overflowing in every trash can outside and in the lobby.
