Professional and courteous at all times with very friendly service and a quick response to any queries or concerns I may have had. The food was always excellent with a variety of choices, the bed was comfortable with Egyptian sheets so slept very well. I would highly recommend this establishment

Loved the free shuttles to and fro the airport. We had an early flight and left the hotel at 5am on the hotel’s shuttle and it was so thoughtful and nice of Irene, at the Front Desk, to have arranged breakfast packs for me and my family. He a great time at your hotel.

Alisa Hotel NR is an excellent hotel!
Pros:

An amazing space with excellent food/bar/dining options! The buffet was incredible as was the pool site! Excellent service and people were very helpful and polite.

Pros:

This was once again an amazing experience! Thank you to all the staff and community for making my and my colleague's stay in Ghana a wonderful experience! One of the best gems at the hotel a little bar/bistro area called OASIS. Check it out and enjoy!

Pros:

Most staff were lovely - polite, helpful and seemed happy, but some were just a bit confrontational & that surprised me.
I don’t think those on the front desk represented the hotel well in general.
