The list was too long. For example: Wires hanging from smoke detector. Chair broken. TV didn't work. Large crack in bathroom sink. Door into bathroom had to be forced to open then not all the way. Some lights not working. Breakfast not good. No one there to help. No coffee...etc

The first issue i had was that the pool was closed for maintenance. I only booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool. I wanted to make sure me kids could swim no matter the weather. I know it was not a recent closing as the front desk clerk said " I keep telling management to make a note of it or take the pool amenity away online". Second was the elevator door made horrible noises when it opened and closed. It did not feel safe. Thank goodness we only went up to them room, slept and then left first thing in the morning as this was only a sleeping spot on our long drive. Next was the room, there were staines on the chair and couch, and the couch had a pull-out bed, but the cushions were in such bad shape that you could see the metal bars for the bed underneath them. I tried to fix the cushions so we could sit on the couch, but nothing helped. The lobby smelled like cigarettes when you walked in and this is a no smoking facility. Just disappointed.

My reservation was cancel before 12, it's a good thing I was almost there
The room looked dirty and a lil odor
The lights by the bed didn't work
The carpet looked dirty and had a few stains
The bathroom had rusted stains
The pull out couch was dirty had food stains on the rail and spots and rust stains on the bed
Asked for extra blankets and was not pleased because the fresh clean blankets had stains as well on them
Was excited about getting in the inside pool but didn't because it was closed
Had the same breakfast for the whole two days there and on the second day they was running late doing breakfast and the breakfast area was a mess

It wasn't as much about cleanliness as it was about the overall upkeep of the building. Comfort Inn this is poor quality regardless of the how it is being managed by the staff on a daily basis. Time to put some money into upkeep.

The man during the 5pm shift. He was nice

The hotel is in severe need of updating. The room we were in had a hole in the wall behind the couch. The fixtures in the bathroom were rusted out. The microwave was rusty. The closet smelled like mildew. They tried to change us to another room but the TV was outdated and moving slow. So it was a toss up between comfort and convenience. We were uncomfortable just for the convenience of a roku TV. Shameful.

The place was an eyesore. The room looked decrepit and is the worst hotel I have ever been. It smelled moldy, felt moldy and looked very unkempt and abandoned.

No towels pool was closed breakfast food ran out person at front desk was being rude about towels

The expectation of the rooms did not meet the price of the rooms. The pool was still under construction after we asked numerous of times was the pool gonna be available and they indeed informed us that it will be open. Next, they advertised that each room has a pull out couch. However, it was never mentioned that each couch does not have a mattresss and we would be using sheets to lay across the springs. Our room smelled wet and moldy and we were told we could get a new room the following morning. However, we never recieved our new room. The breakfast batter was old and had a funny taste as if it was sitting out all day and night. The staff was kind of friendly but was getting annoyed due to many complaints.

Room furniture was horrible smell bad tv didn’t works

The room had a moldy smell and there were bugs, carpet was not clean mold in the ceiling where the tub is. Also the wifi was horrible it only worked in the eating area.

Horrible staff, rude. Dirty rooms. Sofa bed had no mattress. Bathroom floor tiles were all cracked.
