Pros:

The staff were all so friendly, professional, and well spoken. The breakfast kitchen was very well run with friendly staff and quality food--especially the cage-free eggs. The suite was perfectly designed. It made a huge difference in comfort that I could open the bedroom window for fresh air. The balcony is a great feature. The suite was spotlessly clean, and there wasn't a hint of chemicals or air fresheners.

It was beautiful, everything was snow covered, and the shops across were so cute

Wonderful time had by all.

Pros:

Room was roomy and you can have someone in the living room and the pullout and not see them. That side is separate, nice balcony off the bedroom, good beds and linens.

Cons:

Hot water was an issue. Staff were helpful in giving us a key to another unit to shower. I think someone should be on staff or on call to fix this. No hot water in this weather is unbearable.

It was so beautiful.
