Cadre agréable, équipements à améliorer
Pros:

Emplacement idéal en bord de mer, avec de belles plages faciles d’accès.
Les jardins sont très beaux et bien entretenus, avec trois piscines agréables.
L’établissement est calme. L’appartement est grand, avec une belle terrasse et une jolie vue sur les jardins.
Parking disponible et stationnement facile.

Cons:

Le logement est simple, propre mais un peu vétuste.
Nous aurions apprécié de trouver le nécessaire de base dans l’appartement (bouteille d’eau, sel, poivre, café et filtres), au moins pour pouvoir prendre un premier petit-déjeuner.
La salle de bain est également vieillotte.

Un séjour agréable.
Pros:

L’emplacement pour visiter le sud de la Marrinique est idéal. Entre Le Diament et Sainte Anne. La piscine a débordement avec vue sur la mer donne du cachet. Les extérieurs sont sympa, récemment rénové.

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas à la hauteur des extérieurs, en cours de rénovation ce qui donnera encore plus de modernité à l’etablissement et plus de confort avec une meilleure literie. Le restaurant hors petit déjeuner est très cher VS ce qui y est proposé, dommage.
