Pros:

チェックイン前、アウト 後、荷物を預けることが出来たこと。2階までのエレベーターまで荷物を持って頂けたこと。助かりました。

Punto molto comodo ma molto rumoroso a causa dei treni
Pros:

Struttura molto pulita e ci hanno portato i bagagli in camera

Cons:

Letto molto scomodo e vetri insonorizzati assenti. Abbiamo sentito per tutta la notte i treni, passare.

Pros:

スタッフは親切丁寧。
本館に宿泊。建物は全体に年季が入っている印象はあるが、部屋はリノベされており快適だった。
線路沿いだが、騒音は全く気にならなかった。
駅から球場までの道沿いにあり、道は整備されていてアクセスもよい。

Cons:

ソファ（ソファベッド）がやや汚れていた事と、空気清浄機からカビ臭がした事が気になった。（ただし、どちらも使う必要のある部屋状況ではなかった。）
洗面所の棚に清掃し残しがあった。
wi-fiの電波は強いが回線は弱い。

Pros:

I loved the whole theme to the place.
It made me feel like i was back at home at a Masonic Hall and convention.
Absolutely stunning and beautiful.
I would stay there again

Cons:

The WiFi card was not in English.
So [ couldn't use the WiFi.

However if I was staying there longer, I would of asked the amazing people who worked there as they were very kind, helpful and most respectful to me.

マツダスタジアムに近いのがいい
Pros:

マツダスタジアムに近くて暑い中の移動がラクだった。
氷嚢を忘れましたが取りに行くと冷やして下さってたみたいで感謝です。
トレインビューの部屋にして頂き、色々電車が見られてよかったです。

Cons:

フロント、ロビーの照明がちょっと暗いかな。
フロントから階段を上がり、別館へ行く間のニオイが少し気になりました。

スタッフの方のお心遣いが素敵
Pros:

予約状況がうまく反映されていないとのハプニングが発生し、困りましたがホテルスタッフの方がとても柔軟に対応していただき助かりました。またスタッフの方のお心遣いがとても嬉しく素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。
部屋も広く、お風呂も広かったです。

Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Our travel adaptor did not work and they were able lend us one.
Easy walking distance from Hiroshima station.
Bonus washer and dryer on the second floor for guests use. And a ice maker 😀.

Cons:

The beds were very firm, to the point of being uncomfortable.
