Location
Everything, no running water out of the bathroom sink came shortly out of the shower head also had gas that were next or that stayed up till 5:30 loud music people walking in and out of the hallway terrible charged us for continental breakfast $14 a piece when I was included couldn't have found the worst hotel stay for my wife and kids during Mother's Day.
Beautiful building
Didn’t like how it was on a corner of a weird exit(turn). Not from around Minneapolis but I missed the entrance.
It was convenient to downtown Minneapolis
The staff was rude. The front desk people was.
The woman checking us in was amazing!
Nowhere during booking did it tell me it was valet only and $40. Also with the amount paid then breakfast should not be $14 a person
It was clean and close to a lot of entertainment areas
I felt the price was fair but the $100 deposit for a room a already paid for caught me off guard, and there's no availability for parking they park your car for $40-$50 and breakfast isn't complimentary and for the quality of food, vastly overpriced.
Comfortable, friendly staff
No water provided on a daily basis
The room was nice, clean and appeared to be recently renovated.
There was a bit of light pollution as the curtains did not fully block out the light outside.
Additionally, you must agree to valet parking at $40 or park on the street and pay the parking meter. A huge negative.
Finally, the room was advertised at approximately $115 per night. However, the listing did not indicate I was required to pay for valet parking at $40, plus a tip for the driver, plus additional taxes and facility fees totally $220. Hence, the booking.com as was clearly misleading and possibly false advertisement.
When I brought this to the attention of the front desk the reply was that they have received numerous complaints about this very issue. The front desk asserted it was a booking.com issue and I should just call them in the future. Sadly, this response fails to recognize that Booking.com is their agent and hence they are responsible. I did not appreciate the pea under the shell scam and will not stay here again.
We loved the location and how clean it was. The restaurant had good food also.
Parking was a nightmare.
Great facility
The staff was kind.
The price was ridiculous for 1 night, absolutely no parking 😑 and nobody offered suggestions anywhere to park. The check-in line was absolutely ridiculously long. Location was not ideal either.
