I will stay there again.
Pros:

Originally I didn’t but Ellen the room manager met with me not once but three times to make sure everything was right.

Pros:

Value is poor. Pay $15/day to park yourself. Breakfast is NOT included. We paid $8/person (on the first day) for a cold continental breakfast, which was the only one available. The options included bagels, toast, yogurt, and honeydew melon and cantaloupe. The orange juice was watered down. The apple juice was good. Coffee was okay.

There were a bunch of creeps in masks hanging out in the parking lot. Staff did nothing when guests complained.

Pros:

I do not support ice in hotels. Therefore I cannot support this hotel which has a terrible ice problem. Clean that out and I will consider staying here again.

Its a ok place to stay overall
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Overall it was satisfactory

Cons:

The electric shades didn't work so the room was dark. Had problems with the heater. Wish it was in a better location

One feasible location to which area to travel. Great location.
Pros:

Location was great and had good view of what is available in the surrounding. We ate one breakfast there it was very good. It was a busy hotel and closer to arena.

Cons:

The key issue had to be replaced, that would be something to resolve when it connect near electronic devices such as phone or laptop.
