Pros:

Chelsea and Tristan were incredible and so helpful. The bed was so comfy and our room was very nice.

Cons:

I thought we would have a better view of the downtown buildings but that isnt the hotels fault.

Pros:

visited for a concert at the US Bank stadium. I was there with my 70 year old mom. we were able to walk and felt safe. is this the fanciest hotel, no. but it's clean and modern and was under $250

Good value overall
Pros:

Decent room and pool. Nice staff, clean. Only wish housekeeping would have come every day with fresh towels etc instead of having to ask for things.

Cons:

40.00 a day for valet parking. Breakfast was not good. Eggs were made from a powder mix and sausage was not tasting good. Coffee was weak. We only ate the 13.00 breakfast once.

Mixed Feelings
Pros:

The staff was great!!! I do love that they have the convenience store items in the lobby but $5 for a little bottle of milk is insanity.

Cons:

It was a nice hotel. The rooms definitely need a bit of a face lift especially the bathrooms. The mold on the mirrors and the decay of the walls. It does have an "old musty " smell to it. I've been in better and I've been in worse. My one complaint is the church bells at the Crack of dawn. Our room was right in the end of the building right by the church so at night we had the police sirens and then church bells... they also really really really need to run a rug Dr through the halls and rooms. I do love that they have the convenience store items in the lobby but $5 for a little bottle of milk is insanity. All in all I give it a 10/10 for the staff. They were great. 6/10 for cleanliness. 3/10 for noise.

Fantastic Hotel
Pros:

Fantastic location
We were in town for an event which was at the convention centre and US bank stadium - this hotel was in walking distance to both.
Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet.
Will stay here again next time I’m in Minneapolis.

Cons:

Nothing everything was fine.
