Our room was not clean at check in time. Which was very frustrating because we had a strict timeline to get an event after driving for 8 hours straight. We just wanted to rest for a bit, but due to our room not being ready, we were in a haste to leave for the event.
Also, I had called about a month before our stay, to inquire about parking options. I was told from the staff that there were two options of valet or self parking and that BOTH would be available for us when we arrived. I asked if we needed to book ahead of time, and they said no, just show up and we will help you out. Upon arrival, we asked where to park they said we would have to pay the $40US for valet because the self park was full. Or we were welcome search downtown Minneapolis for a place to park ourselves.
The morning of check out, we called valet to bring us our vehicle, and they hung up on us. When we called again, they said our vehicle would be ready in 5 minutes. We took about 15 minutes to get downstairs, and our vehicle was nowhere to be found, and the valet staff had no knowledge of us calling. So we sat there for another 20 minutes waiting for our vehicle to be brought to us.

The size of our room was nice. Getting directions to destinations from staff was great.
Maid service policy with only one day service out of almost 4 days was disappointing. We had to leave the pool at 3PM unexpectedly when staff came in to maintain it. That should have been posted. There was no real restaurant in the building although ads were posted for the chef, cuisine, etc. The location was hard to walk around and to get in the drive-up area. We certainly felt that the Hilton Promise posted all over was not followed.
Location to US Bank stadium. Also stayed here because and still walking distance to Target Field. Walking distance to Bucca that I love.

We stayed on the 10th floor, which was really nice. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning cooled the space down nicely. As someone with a lot of allergies, I truly appreciated that there were no strong scents in the room. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the staff were super friendly and always available to help.
The rooms are a bit on the small side. This place is in downtown Minneapolis, so you'll have to pay daily for parking. I was kinda hesitant about staying here since it's right next to the police station, but it doesn't seem to be an issue.

I got a king bed room.

Yes they got me a cot but it was not comfortable.
When we checked in the computers were down, we had to wait for 1hr 30min to check in.

Good location, very comfortable rooms and staff was exceptional.
No hot tub but the pool was decent. Parking was a bit hit or miss in nearby ramps as well.

I had to call for maintenance to come to the room mind you I called at 8:00 am again at 12:00 pm and they didn't show up until 6:00 pm
Each of my team members states they had horrible experiences, rude staff and asked me NEVER to book here again.
