The staff was kind.
The price was ridiculous for 1 night, absolutely no parking 😑 and nobody offered suggestions anywhere to park. The check-in line was absolutely ridiculously long. Location was not ideal either.
The room key did not work on several occasions. After extensive walking, this was very tiring to walk to the front desk and get the key card activated

Such great service as always! Dante the bartender, the front desk lady, and the valet were all so wonderful and welcoming. I stay here every December and March and the staff here is always so great!
Fantastic experience with a spacious, quiet room, comfortable beds, and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. I booked a two-night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn to get some peace and quiet while focusing on urgent work deadlines, and I ended up extending my stay twice. My room was very large, and had everything I needed to get some real work done. Tristan at the front desk was an absolute angel, helping me navigate extending the stay while keeping my room, and picking out wine and food :D He is a delight. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and I certainly plan to return, whether for work or fun.
I was here for work, starting a new job. I can’t say enough about how wonderful all of the staff were. From the front desk to the restaurant/bar and housekeeping. Everyone I met was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, close to the hospitals with a shuttle. No complaints.

My mother and I stayed here for her procedure at Abbott hospital. My mother had complications with her procedure and Hilton Garden Inn made so many accommodations for myself and my sister. Every staff member was genuine, thoughtful and caring, from the free shuttle, free valet parking for one car, and the refuge of the bar and restaurant where we met other guests dealing with similar situations with their families. Absolutely professional and so human!❤️
Originally I didn’t but Ellen the room manager met with me not once but three times to make sure everything was right.

Value is poor. Pay $15/day to park yourself. Breakfast is NOT included. We paid $8/person (on the first day) for a cold continental breakfast, which was the only one available. The options included bagels, toast, yogurt, and honeydew melon and cantaloupe. The orange juice was watered down. The apple juice was good. Coffee was okay.
