Pros:

They were very accomodating for our large family 2 adults 7 kids slept comfortably in the one bedroom king suite fit 3 cots in there w still more space

Great location, great for the price, and our stay was very comfortable and home like.
Pros:

Kind staff, clean, pool was good size with huge hot tub. Breakfast was very nice. Comfortable room.

Cons:

When arrived, our room was not clean. But we were placed in a new room right away!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, and breakfast spread was amazing!

Excellent place to stay!
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. Our room was spacious and the check in/out process was easy. Our kids loved the pool, hot tub, and breakfast options!

Comfy
Pros:

I have stayed at this place every time I'm in Mankato, the breakfast is good and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The only thing I'd have bad to say is if you have the suite the pull out couch isn't very comfortable you can feel the springs but the actual beds are very comfy. 10/10 would recommend if you want to stay at a nice place.

Perfect! Holiday Inn express hotels will be my go-to places from here on.
Pros:

Convenient location, room was well-laid out with everything needed and nothing extra. Sleek design of furniture, window coverings, full-length mirror outside the bathroom with a small shelf and outlet near it to use for make-up, hair dryer, curling iron, etc. There was a comfortable chair with a reading light beside it! Size of the TV wasn’t so big that it dwarfed the room, and it was attached to the wall so didn’t take up dresser space. Long, attached bench provided lots of space to open suitcases, etc. The little corner space with the microwave, Keurig machine and refrigerator was compact and perfectly convenient. Overall room size of this King room felt roomy, but still cozy-comfortable.
