Great experience!
Pros:

I did not like having to pay you - booking.com twice because I made a mistake on weekends so no the room was not worth the $600 even if it was a very nice place and had anything to do with the site but with booking.com. I canceled booked and even the one night refund was not given. I will never use booking. Com again nor have anything good to say to anyone about your app

Our stay was most pleasant, and we will stay here again when we are in Mankato.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and extremely quiet. Every staff member we interacted with was very professional, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and really quite nice. Parking was great, and the location of the hotel was ideal.

Cons:

If I had one quibble, it would have been nice to have a printed guide of the TV channels. The on-screen guide and way to access the channels was a little confusing and difficult to navigate. But, we eventually figured things out and it wasn't that big of a deal!

We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again!
Pros:

I love the hotel, room, game room, and pool. The provision of dove products was exceptional. The availability of the inhouse store was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again next year when we come back for our granddaughters birthday party.

Cons:

Wish the breakfast area had more seating room as it was very packed, but the food was awesome as well as the variety of options.
