Superbe séjour.
Pros:

Une situation idéale pour visiter la ville. Un superbe hotel et des chambres modernes et confortables.
Petite critique quant à l'offre de restauration. Restaurant Ducasse trop guindé. Pas assez d'offre de petite restauration simple. A part le bar du rooftop.

Cons:

Offre de restauration cuisine typique italienne qui n'était pas au rendez-vous. Il faudrait prévoir un restaurant plus simple pour dîner, surtout pour les séjours de plusieurs nuitées.

Not worth this price.
Pros:

Clean rooms. Very nice view from the rooftop. Really tasty breakfast.

Cons:

Overpriced „sea view” is just a view at the warehouse that obscures the port and sea. Bad rotten smell at the reception. Add to that just-decent staff that added 50E tip to the checkout bill without asking(!) If I didn’t check the bill, they’d just charge it by default. Place felt like a rip off.

Amazing Stay
Pros:

I stayed in the Romeo Napoli while on vacation and could not have been more impressed! I chose the hotel because it was near to the water (and had incredible views!) and close enough to be easily walkable to many places around town. The room was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet, even being right next to the elevator. There’s hotel has a wonderful onsite restaurant, along with a heated pool and bar on the top floor. But my favorite part of the hotel was the staff - from the second my car pulled up the staff were friendly and attentive. My bags were taken from my car to my room without me having to ask, the front desk was so generous with wonderful recommendations for food and places to see. They even went so far as to have a delicious cake sent to my breakfast table on my birthday (even though I hadn’t informed anyone that it was my birthday)! Honestly, this hotel was perfection and I can’t wait to visit again!!

Reception Mitarbeiten haben Tips gegeben für Reataurants.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein, Aussicht auf ein altes Gebäude.
Es gab keinen Platz zum Verweilen. Lobby war nicht geheizt, die Bar war geschlossen. Bar im 10. Stock war auch kalt und leer, gar nicht einladend.
Frühstücks Service nicht aufmerksam, man musste alles mehrmals sagen.

Laut, Zimmer zu klein und kein Stauraum, Frühstücks-„Service“ funktioniert überhaupt nicht.

Tolles Design im ganzen Hotel, Toller und sehr großer Gym mit top Geräten.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Hotel wegen der Lage und wegen des Dachpools, Gym, Parkplatz fürs Auto und wegen des tollen Designs gebucht. Leider ist die Straße sehr befahren und es scheint, als wären alle Zimmer zur Straße hin gelegen. Für ein DZ über 1000 €/Nacht nicht OK. Im Deluxe Room Seaview kaum Schrankfläche und Platz für die Koffer; so räumten wir die Koffer für 3 Tage erst gar nicht richtig aus. Frühstück gab es für jede Wahl nur auf Bestellung, d.h. das Personal kam nicht hinterher, vergaß ständig etwas oder alles kam unpassend zeitverzögert. Unverständlich, warum man es so umständlich macht und sich somit viel Unzufriedenheit einholt.
