Preis-Leistung passt in keinem Fall.
Pros:

Die Rooftopbar und die Lage am Hafen. Das Gourmetrestaurant.

Cons:

Service beim Frühstück sehr schleppend. Im Badezimmer keine Möglichkeit ein Handtuch aufzuhängen. Klimaanlage nur sehr begrenzt steuerbar.

Best Spa and Rooftop Pool in Naples
Pros:

Modern Luxury Hotel with great service and excellent restaurant. It was our first time in Naples and this hotel made us feel very comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The Spa facilities was very complete and the treatments we received were excellent! We highly recommend their Michelin restaurant with nice views of Mount Versuvio for dinner and breakfast.

الموقع كان جميل ونوعاً ما هادئ

Cons:

الغرفة مكيفها كان متعطل وبعد إصلاح المشكلة تعطل مره اخرى بمنتصف الليل، والفندق حاول سحب مبلغ اقامة ليلة جديدة بدون الرجوع الي و وبعد سؤالهم عن السبب لم يعطوني اي سبب مقنع، موظفوا الاستقبال سيئين في شرح الأمور والضرائب وكأنها اول مره يعملون فيها.
لا اوصي بالسكن ابداً فيه

Great staff and comfort, but overall not great value for money and missing a bit of its spark
Pros:

Romeo Hotel — Very welcoming front desk, excellent and knowledgeable concierge, and a friendly, helpful portier. The bed was very comfortable. Location is great!

Cons:

What I didn’t like: the lobby feels like it’s missing a bit of soul, despite features like the water fountain. Breakfast was just okay—croissant and pain au chocolat were fine, but I expected more given there’s a 1★ Michelin restaurant in the same hotel. Everything is à la carte, and the staff could be more attentive.

Overall, the value for money isn’t really there. it feels like the hotel has lost a bit of its spark. I also asked to extend my stay for 3 more and requested a better rate abut the response felt a bit rigid and not very accommodating, so I decided to check out.”

Very Acommodating staff with High End Design in Decent Location
Pros:

The property is immaculate and very clean. The decor is captivating in the lobby area. The staff was very welcoming and made sure we were happy and taken well care of. There are more than enough places to eat nearby as well as shop. Most places to shop are no more than a 20 minute walk. The city is pretty dirty but at least this hotel is a gem. The pool's view of Vesuvius is nice. The port can be an eye sore but for those wanting to be near the port this is the best choice.

Cons:

The bathroom design is highly dysfunctional. There are a series of steps to perform just to turn on the shower. The door to the shower cuts in front of the bidet. There are more than 5 light switches to control different keys of the room and bathroom. I can understand being creative and innovative but it can be stressful just figuring out how to take a shower and when going to sleep what switch controls what light in the room.

Cons:

A lot of noise during the night from passing cars and traffic, did not appreciate the discretionary service charge added to the bill (eg a large for all staff to share), breakfast mistakes eg the omelette fillings but was corrected promptly. Breakfast à la carte nice idea but quite basic and a lot of sweet items. Mould on some fruit in the berry bowl. Lack of personality/no interpersonal skills with some breakfast staff. There was an issue with the large overhead shower head not working, this still had not been fixed despite an engineer being called to look at the issue

lovely hotel in a great location but lack of open facilities and charges made it very poor value

Nice rooms, very friendly staff, great location

Cons:

went in off season - wasn’t informed of works at the hotel, which meant the pool and bar were closed. First time ever, had a service charge added to the hotel bill! Not for drinks or food but for the room.. should have questioned it, but in a rush, so didn’t….

Luxurious and outstanding hospitality at this centrally-located Naples hotel!
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Romeo Napoli! We loved the modern and upscale rooms, staff was incredibly friendly and rewarding, the rooftop restaurant, bar, and pool was a fun addition, and it was walkable to the ferry port (our primary reason for booking). We felt very safe at this hotel, despite Naples being quite urban. We'd absolutely recommend this hotel!

Adequate! Naples is not very clean with a ton of graffiti everywhere! Very disappointing as cities go!
Pros:

The beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

The location by the port was dirty with a ton of traffic! Lots of air pollution from all the cars and ships!
