Terrible customer service
Pros:

This hotel cancelled my reservation after when we were arriving from out of town via ferry. They apparently called my cell phone, didn’t get through and therefore felt justified when they cancelled our reservation and gave away our room. That left me stranded in Surrey with a 12 year old who was travelling to play in a soccer tournament. We arrived at the hotel prior to 10:00 pm. It is absolutely ridiculous to cancel someone’s reservation because they have not arrived by some arbitrary time. Do not rely on your reservation at this hotel as they will cancel it on a whim and not care at all that you are stranded.

Won't stay again because of the bed.
Pros:

There wasn't a breakfast. Not pleased about that considering the price. Location OK.

Cons:

The beds were terrible. Far too soft.

The hotel is pretty good but the food quantity and quality for the price needs to be improved.
Pros:

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast that is included in the room rate is not worth it. I think it was 20.00 for a waffle. Way too overpriced.
The breakfast needs to be better quality and more food for the price.

Amazing staff that makes the stay so amazing.
Pros:

I had car problems. So I used an online booking system to find a hotel near where my car was being towed.

My vehicle was suppose to be ready at 11 am and it wasn't.. I asked the front staff if we could stay a bit longer pasted check out. They went above and beyond and allowed me to stay.

I had also called when I booked as I had indicated I would be in a bit later and did not want my hotel room to be given away. I checked in near midnight with family.

Everyone was so helpful and great.

Highly recommend this place and will come back again on my next visit to Vancouver from Kelowna BC. Thank you so much.

Cons:

I do not have any complaints at all.


Ohhhhh maybe end the breakfast at 11 am? Only a suggestion? NOT a complaint.

Close to our event

Cons:

The air conditioning fan, went off every 15 minutes throughout the night. The fan was so incredibly loud that I was woken up each time it went off. I had a horrible sleep because of this.
