There wasn't a breakfast. Not pleased about that considering the price. Location OK.
The beds were terrible. Far too soft.
The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious.
Confusing finding the entrance to the hotel going through all the side roads but almost like a scavenger hunt lol 😂

The breakfast that is included in the room rate is not worth it. I think it was 20.00 for a waffle. Way too overpriced.
The breakfast needs to be better quality and more food for the price.
I had car problems. So I used an online booking system to find a hotel near where my car was being towed.
My vehicle was suppose to be ready at 11 am and it wasn't.. I asked the front staff if we could stay a bit longer pasted check out. They went above and beyond and allowed me to stay.
I had also called when I booked as I had indicated I would be in a bit later and did not want my hotel room to be given away. I checked in near midnight with family.
Everyone was so helpful and great.
Highly recommend this place and will come back again on my next visit to Vancouver from Kelowna BC. Thank you so much.

The air conditioning fan, went off every 15 minutes throughout the night. The fan was so incredibly loud that I was woken up each time it went off. I had a horrible sleep because of this.
The hotel was immaculate and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also got to go for a seim in the pool, very relaxing.
I ordered Spaghetti Bolognaise which was very spicey.
This dish should not have any seasoning to it at all. If it wasn't for the hot spice I would have eaten and enjoyed the meal how it is suppose to be.
