Pros:

Room was comfortable and morning staff lovely

Cons:

Sunday afternoon check in was chaos, cleaner was rude, serving staff from restaurant in hotel were rude
And why can't we put kettles in rooms?!

Good location for Neuschwanstein
Pros:

I stayed here to visit Neuschwanstein. The room was rather dated, but clean. Breakfast was a really good selection. Public transport not too bad during the week, but beware of Sundays and was difficult to sort out a taxi to Fussen train station on the Sunday too. Staff okay when those who spoke English were available, more difficult when none English speakers were the only ones available.

Die Zimmer waren super. Frühstück war toll. Die Lage klasse. Alle waren freundlich. Komme immer gerne wieder

Cons:

Ich wünschte, es gäbe Räumlichkeiten, wo man sich mal neben dem Zimmer mal aufhalten könnte.

für unseren Kurztrip ideal
Pros:

Lage: kurze Wege zum Schloss; wäre auch zu Fuss erreichbar gewesen. Gute und viele Radwege.
Frühstück: war alles vorhanden, und es wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt.

Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Unterstellmöglichkeit für E-Bikes mit Lademöglichkeit. Italienisches Restaurant direkt im Haus mit guten Pizzen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Tevreden zeker met het restaurant heerlijk gegeten en goed ontbijt

Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd .

Cons:

Bij aankomst na lange reis graag iets willen drinken maar dat kon niet terwijl de koffie automaat achter ons stond werden doorverwezen naar een ander aan de overkant.
En 1ste avond niet kunnen douchen geen warm water . Na overleg weer naar de kamer gestuurd met orders ja heel lang laten doorlopen. Niet gelukt waren erg moe volgende dag eerder laten lopen duurde lang ik zei kon u dat niet eerder aangeven want het bleek bekend bij de eigenaar.

Es war ein supi Aufenthalt im Hotel Schwanstein. Dankeschön!!!!
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Die Aussicht vom Balkon perfekt für Neuschwanstein-Schloss-Liebhaber!!! Direkter Blick drauf!! Das war die gelungene Überraschung. Ich hatte mich schon auf den Blick auf die Berge gefreut, aber das ... hat es weit übertroffen. Dafür zahlt man den stolzen Preis pro Nacht. Das Frühstück war normal kontinental. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Preis von 13,50 war angenehm. Der Lärmpegel bei geschlossener Balkontür war top, sehr niedrig.

Cons:

Kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Balkons waren abgetrennt, aber die Sicht zu den Nachbarn war gegeben. Also kein kuschliger Balkon, die Sicht hat es entschädigt. Die Matratzen war dick und weich, aber für unseren Rücken nicht geeignet.
Die erste Nacht so gut wie nicht geschlafen. Der Geruch der Pizzeria im Haus war unangenehm.
