Ausreichende Unterkunft bei guter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Schloss kann je nach Kondition auch fußläufig erreicht werden. Ca. 3 km. Nach Füssen braucht man auch nur kurze Zeit.
Das Frühstück war okay. Es waren allerdings nicht für jeden ein Croissants oder wahlweise ein anderes Teilchen da. Viellleicht hätte man aber auf Anfrage noch eines bekommen.
Seltsam fanden wir, dass man morgens vor verschlossenen Türen stand und nicht wusste, wie man nun in den Frühstücksraum kommt. Ein Hinweisschild, dass Punkt 8:0] Uhr geöffnet wird, hätte die Unruhe vermieden.
Die Matratzen waren gut.
Es war nachts sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad sollte zumindest einmal neue Armaturen bekommen und Steckdosen sollten festgeschraubt sein. Was mich sehr störte, war das Kopfteil des Bettes. Man konnte sich schlecht anlehnen, da ganz oben noch eine vorstehende Leiste angebracht war und es dadurch unkompfortabel war.

Pros:

Der Name und die Betten waren bequem.

Cons:

Das Personal war rar. Freundlichkeit musste man suchen. Die Willkommensschokolade war schon weiss angelaufen. Es ist alles alt und abgenutzt.
Das Hotel hätte sehr viel potenzial, aber man lebt davon dass die stornierung nicht erstattet wird.
Das Frühstück muss man seperat bezahlen. Leider war das Brot am ersten Tag schon alt....am Sonntag war es jedoch frisch. Wir werden beim nächsten Mal eine andere Unterkunft suchen.

Mit viel Toleranz können wir ein Befriedigend geben.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war übersichtlich , die Lage war schön. Wenn man nichts erwartet, ist man dort ganz gut aufgehoben

Cons:

Das Personal (die Chefin) ist eine Katastrophe. Selbst nach einer Rückmail kam bis heute keinerlei Antworten. Die Damen sind vollkommen überfordert und es wirkt, als wäre das Hotelmanegement ein Fremdwort für sie. Schade, dabei liegt das Hotel sehr schön und wir hätten es als Dauerziel genommen, denn wir sind sehr oft in Füssen zu den Festspielen. Scheinbar ist dort viel Massentourismus, das sie es nicht nötig haben, ihre Gäste behalten zu wollen als Dauergast.
Fazit: Sehr stressig beim einchecken. und obwohl wir sehr früh ankamen, waren wir fast zu spät zu unserer Vorstellung im Festspielhaus, weil die Damen die Zimmerschlüssel nicht fanden und durch Ihre Zettelwirtschaft Chaos bestand.
