I stayed compulsory at this hotel...

Cons:

the location is far away from the city. no shop around if you wish to buy water or other things no shop around hotel locations. ı was very sorry I have choosen this hotel. they dont offer even 1 glass water but sell 0.5 ml water 3 dollar..
very shameful for hotel. water very important for life. you pay much money but no 1 bottle of water and no breakfest.
I said I am unhappy to choosen this hotel..

The staff were so friendly at check in and check out. Very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

The prices of items in the lobby , drinks/snacks were way overpriced. Would be nice if items were a little more reasonable.

One of the great HGI's
Pros:

Great HGI. Clean and modern. The best was Felixe, he went above and beyond to make sure my stay was the best. I happen to break my desk chair and despite being busy and alone at the front desk, he brought me one that works. Thank you Felixe for making my stay the best.

Another great visit
Pros:

Always a great experience when staying here. Felix makes it so. This time I screwed up my reservation and actually booked for the wrong hotel. No problem. Felix fixed it in three minutes.

Rooms are always clean and the staff is always polite and friendly.

Just wish they would reopen the restaurant. Not having food on site is the only downside.

Great hotel and staff
Pros:

This is the 2nd time I've been to this hotel for a family funeral. The front desk crew are amazing and will help with whatever you need. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. I love the pillows. I didn't get the breakfast but my family did and said it was really good. I would definitely go back just hopefully under better circumstances. Easy to get to the Turnpike and very close to the GWB

Great location, friendly service, highly recommend
Pros:

Excellent accessible location in Bergen County near the George Washington Bridge and NYC. Stayed overnight Thursday into Friday in early February 2026. Enjoyed the accommodations and convenience. Ample and convenient parking near large county park. Dante our concierge was very attentive and addressed our every need cordially and professionally. He went above and beyond his duties and the hospitality showed. The hotel staff also greeted guests and us kindly and respectfully. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. Carlos impressed me with his table service observing that he made the dining guests feel welcomed. I look forward to booking again in the spring and highly recommend this hotel for it's service, ease and convenience. I enjoyed it here and the overall outcome made a difference in the stay.
