Cons:

호텔내 와이파이 연결시 코드번호를 받기까지 한시간이나 지연되었습니다. 성과 #넘버를 넣으면 된다고 했으나 결국에는 코드번호를 받아야 하는데 프론트 데스트에서 답변을 30분이나 지연시키고 데스크로 내려오라고 하여 방문하니 그제서야 와이파이 코드를 주었습니다. 전화를 30분이상 대기시키는 직원의 태도에 화가 많이 났습니다.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms were very clean.

Cons:

Pillows were lumpy and had no structure to them. Food and toiletries in the lobby shop were ridiculously overpriced. Had to pay for breakfast too. Thermostat in room was hard to use and was not consistent.

Unpleasant experience.
Pros:

My stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment due to the terrible condition of the room. As soon as I stepped inside, a strong, unpleasant odor hit me. The carpet had visible stains, suggesting the room wasn’t clean. The old mattresses and worn-out pillows made it impossible to get a comfortable night’s sleep. I only stayed there for one night on our way to Boston, but the poor state of the room completely ruined my entire stay. I do not recommend it.

Lo recomiendo completamente, fui con mi hija de 10 años, el personal nos atendio super bien nos dejaron ingresar antes de las 15 veniamos de un viaje largo , la habitacion comoda, limpia, Felix uno de los recepcionistas un amor de persona y asi todo el equipo del hotel. Volveria a elegirlo. El desayuno no es exagerado pero si variado y muy bueno. Disfrutamos la piscina y esta muy cerca del American Dreams que es un centro comercial enorme hasta tiene un parque acuatico que si van con niños no se lo.pueden perder!!
