Lo recomiendo completamente, fui con mi hija de 10 años, el personal nos atendio super bien nos dejaron ingresar antes de las 15 veniamos de un viaje largo , la habitacion comoda, limpia, Felix uno de los recepcionistas un amor de persona y asi todo el equipo del hotel. Volveria a elegirlo. El desayuno no es exagerado pero si variado y muy bueno. Disfrutamos la piscina y esta muy cerca del American Dreams que es un centro comercial enorme hasta tiene un parque acuatico que si van con niños no se lo.pueden perder!!

Nice stay
Pros:

Everyone was very friendly and check in was a smooth process. We had dinner on site at the restaurant and the food, especially the wings, were amazing. Highly recommend you eat there.

Cons:

The pool was too cold.

If you are traveling with anyone you care for please do not stay at this hotel. My Sister and I stayed at this hotel due to a death in our immediate family. Upon entering the lobby of the hotel, there were what appeared to be human beings wrapped from head to toe in Middle Eastern garb with their face is completely covered and their eyes. You couldn’t tell if they were real or not, they never moved, and it didn’t even appear that they were breathing. It was quite a disturbing site. We could not see their eyes. We checked into the hotel around 9 PM after the funeral and after dinner at a local restaurant. We were grateful that the front desk manager was there and quickly checked us in. That evening we were rake awakened around one or 2 AM with screaming and people running up and down the hallways. It seemed as if some of them were children, and some of them may have been teenagers. We weren’t sure. That lasted for a few hours. In the morning upon entering the lobby, those same people were in the lobby again not moving wrapped completely from head to toe. It almost seemed that they allowed them to sleep in the lobby overnight because it’s possible that they were homeless? It was so intimidating and so uncomfortable and Threatening that we did not discuss it with the manager on duty. It was almost as if they were deliberately allowing them to camp out in the lobby. This went on for three nights.
