Servicio limitado y personal intransigente

Ubicación e instalaciones

Cons:

Ofrecen servicio limitado de transporte al aeropuerto. Si llevas una maleta de más, ya no te dejan utilizar el servicio. Les dijimos que así como esta vez teníamos una maleta de más, habrían otras personas que no llevaban maletas por lo que ese “exceso” se compensaría. Nos dijeron que No.

Tuvimos que pagar un taxi y mientras esperábamos , efectivamente habían 5 personas que no llevaban maleta grande por lo que hubieran estado equilibrado de más, las 2 que llevábamos nosotras.

Creo que no volveremos a hospedarnos allí.

Cómodo, sin ruidos, limpio, habitación amplia, cama cómoda
Pros:

Transfer 24 horas, puntual.

Cons:

La ubicación es buena para el aeropuerto, pero lejos de tiendas y restaurantes y Metro.
las amenities limitadas solo hay jabón. Sin loción, condidionador, pañuelitos, cepillo dientes, etc.

Espectacular el transfer de 0/24 muy dificil de conseguir

Transfer al Aeropuerto y la amabilidad de ambos choferes

Cons:

que al llegar a las 12 de la noche y salir a las 6 de la mañana, se agradecía poder hacerse un café o infusion en la habitacion

Adequate except for evening meal
Pros:

I was very impressed with your decor . I found the bedroom sound proof. The staff on reception and at table and in the bedroom are very friendly and pleasant. I had steak that evening for dinner €22 and my steak was complete disappointment, one half fatty and the rest tasteless. The mushrooms served with it were also tasteless. I discussed these to waiter saying I appreciate its not the chef at fault but the poor quality meat and vegetables the responsibility of the management when ordering good food. V disappointed.
