Fine, would stay again if have an early departure from Madrid.
Pros:

Front desk was great-super helpful and friendly, made sure I was on the airport shuttle and payment for the room was through Amex, which I preferred.

Cons:

A little dark upstairs. Restaurant didn’t have a bar.

Le petit déjeuner, de très bonne qualité, compense l'absence de navette pour l'aéroport.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner, buffet très complet. La navette est venue nous récupérer gratuitement à l'aller, mais nous avons dû payer le taxi pour le retour (la navette étant complète à l'heure à laquelle nous en avions besoin).

Que la navette pour nous ramener à l'aéroport soit complète.

Desayuno malo ,poca variedad, servicio a la habitación pésima, comida ( hamburguesa)cruda y no se volvió a realizar el pedido, se descontó la hamburguesa se cobró el resto pero no dieron la opción de cocinar otra....

Pros:

el restaurante es un poco caro, pero la comida es excelente. Merece el gasto sin lugar a dudas. Repetiré.

Great airport stopover
Pros:

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and well equipped. It was so quiet and dark at night so perfect for a good night's sleep, especially as the beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast, which I paid for on the day, as it wasn't included in my room rate. There was a very good choice of good quality ingredients and the ambience of the restaurant was very nice. It was close to the airport, but we didn't take advantage of the free shuttle bus the hotel offers, choosing to take a taxi instead. We arrived within 10 minutes from T1 at the airport. We went to the cafe and the restaurant Menta y Cilantro, within 10 minutes walk from the hotel for pre dinner drinks then a meal in this Venezuelan restaurant.

Cons:

I didn't have a great view from my room, but it was a bright open view. There weren't a great deal of cafes or restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Ideal para pasar una noche e ir al aeropuerto al día siguiente. La habitación muy amplia y confortable. Personal amabilísimo. Tienen transporte de recogida desde y hacia el aeropuerto
