Very poor
Pros:

We were put in a very very noisy room told the staff an was told that all the rooms were noisy I have stayed at this property a few times now and I was very upset about the noise in the room as I car away for a break as I am not very well, I paid extra for a late checkout and a round about 1pm we were kicked out of our room as we were coming back from the swimming room and sauna I was wet through and had to make my way down to the reception from the 6th floor there was no apologies from the staff at all!!

Good location for Victoria Station

Cons:

Room seemed clean at first but on closer look it wasn't, the room was permanently cold no matter what temp we had the ac on, and the breakfast was a waste of time and money, severely lacking and clearly done on a budget, and the walls were paper thin so you hear the people in the next room

Pros:

Really comfy bed, clean room, really good service other than when we requested extra toilet roll (there was less than quarter of a roll when we arrived) and it was brought the next day, decent breakfast, overall great stay.

Cons:

The TV could be a bit more updated but that is a tiny thing.
