I stayed here for a concert at the co op live which is about 40 min walk. This is a lovely clean hotel the room on the 2nd floor and very spacious . I had a good nights sleep and a nice breakfast . The staff are very friendly .
Looking forward to staying again when I have my next concert in Manchester
Staff were really lovely - very welcoming, helpful and friendly.
Room was very comfortable and clean.
Communal areas were bright and calm.
Pool was very clean and the temperature was perfect for us.
Within easy walking distance of Victoria station.
The calmness of the spa was spoilt by a man who, when asked if he would quieten down his loud, expletive-filled dispute with his friend in the sauna, told us he was a member of the health club and he had ‘priority’ over the hotel guests, so he could do as he liked.
Fortunately when we informed a member of the health club team, she dealt with it straight away. She later apologised again for the man’s behaviour and hoped that it hadn’t spoilt our evening.

Clean and well situated hotel ideal for going to the co-op live venue
No negative comment to pass about the hotel
I had been to Park Inn twice before and liked it even then but the reservations were outstanding. The decor was beautiful. It was impeccably clean, the room was a great size for a standard room, there was a big TV. The food was really nice. The staff at the desk were incredibly knowledgeable about the whole hotel and the Netzero approach.
The only little thing (and I can say that they informed us it was complimentary upon arrival and I wasnt charged at all) is I think on the whole, the pool should be in with the price, thats not to say its not worth anything as its lovely and peaceful but I do think £15 maybe abit of a high charge. However like I say it was complimentary upon arrival anyway so its definitely not a complaint just an observation. I cant wait to come and stay again. This time I will make full use of the amazing bed.

This is a lovely bright very clean hotel . My room was on the 2nd floor and was a good size . Staff very friendly
