Great for the arena, could do with some changes

Great location easy to get to and park in the multi story

Cons:

Toilet seat was faulty and moving so showed all the built up dirt and toilet business. Pillows were very very flat resembled something that has been used for 20 years old bedding had holes in to. We stayed in a ‘ superior’ room however wouldn’t say it reflected that sadly. Reception and food area very dusty too all ornaments and lamps

Relaxing and comforting for a little get away.
Pros:

We upgraded our room for a very small fee and were pleasantly surprised by the room itself. The area was quiet even though it was only a five minute walk from the centre. Due to our room upgrade, we also got free complimentary use of the spa and gym facilities, so it was a great bonus. The hotel lobby was calm and relaxing and the staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble, i had some personal issues ongoing and the staff took the time to ensure i was ok. We ordered room service and the food was amazing, good pricing with a good amount of food. It was clean and tidy and the you had a choice of a room clean each day.

Cons:

I don't have any complaints on the hotel, but due to my own personal preference the bed was not for me. I did request extra pillows and the staff again went out their way to ensure an enjoyable stay. I would 100% recommend as my preference may not be the same for others.

Très bel hôtel
Pros:

Très bel hôtel bien placé à deux pas de la gare Victoria
J'émettrai juste un petit bémol pour le ménage quelques cheveux, quelques petits plastiques du locataire précédent oubliés dans la chambre mais rien de dramatique.

A pleasant stay overall but probably wouldn’t return.
Pros:

Nice, open reception and bar area. Good, central location, near all the shops.

Cons:

The room could have been bigger as it was listed as a deluxe room with two king size beds in it, and not much room around them. Also, there were no drawers or cupboards to put clothes away in, only a couple of tiny shelves. The swimming pool was disappointing. The pool wasn’t lit up under the water line so it looked like ‘black treacle’ and the water was rather cold. This would probably been a safety issue if children had been under the water as you couldn’t see the bottom!
