Couldn’t fault it. Great staff, location and late check out.

They even upgraded our room to a family room for free.

Was okay overall but have stayed at better places for same price
Pros:

Room was well compacted it but not the cleaners fault there was somethings in the bathroom that looked a little worn and also stained ect

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't as good as other places we have stayed for example the Hilton and the spa isn't as good

Good location and aircon

Cons:

Bed sheets dirty on arrival with false lashes stuck to them from previous guests, doubt they were changed. Kids pool times are generally used for private swim lessons so a good portion of the pool is sectioned off making it cramped. Food is not great quality and overpriced for standard pub grub. Breakfast at £15 pound a person extra is not worth it for what you get. The kids bed in the room was made up upon arrival with pillows from the main bed, requested an extra pillow the first night which never arrived.

No car park inside the hotel for customers to park so you have to park outside,makes it more difficult for first customers to navigate
