A massive disappointment, off back to Premier Inn
Pros:

The room was spacious and we had the last one on the corridor so it was didn’t have foot traffic. It had a nespresso coffee pod machine

Cons:

The smoke alarm was right above my head when I was in bed and flashed brightly every 30 seconds. The room was not that clean, there was a piece of balloon on the floor. The shower spewed water all over the floor. The quilt was really rustly so every movement woke us both up. The towels were like sandpaper. There was not enough lighting in the bed area of the room and no plug near the mirror for drying my hair.
Reception staff were not very welcoming on arrival, I’d say snooty. Wouldn’t return despite my daughter living in a new apartment over the road

prices of drink in bar 15£ for a glass of red !! also cost of items in vending machine £2.69 for a kit Kat . Really OTT

Cons:

Only negative was I was given a special access room which I hate the bathrooms, probably due to my late booking so I didn't ask to change.

Lokalizacja dobra, spacerem do miasta.

Cons:

Gdy dotarlismy do hotelu długo nikogo nie było na recepcji, a gdy wrócił recepcjonista ten niezbyt się nami zainteresował...
Nie wiedzialam w trakcie rezerwacji, że parkingu nie ma obok hotelu, dopiero po zarezerwowaniu w wiadomości na mailu było napisane, że jest w innym miejscu niż hotel, mozliwe że nie doczytałam informacji.. Też nie widzieliśmy żadnych informacji obok hotelu gdzie kierować się na dany parking.
Parking ten trzeba opłacić.
Spa również dodatkowo trzeba opłacić.

Overall our stay was ok.
Pros:

Really nice hotel, comfortable bed and staff were really helpful.

Cons:

I was just about to go to sleep when one of the guest was trying to get in to our room. They are obviously been allocated to our room, reception rang me after, explaining that i’m not supposed to be on that floor 🤷🏻‍♂️. All i can say is, staff needed more training and more alert when it comes to dealing with clients. They’ve offered us a free breakfast to compensate for their lack of communication and job training.
