Pros:

Size of the room and the view were excellent for the price. The location couldn't have been better for the AO arena. Room was dark and quiet on the evening and barely any noise could be heard from other quests. Very nicely decorated.

Pros:

Downstairs was nice and so was the breakfast

Cons:

The bed was 2 singles pushed together so ended up sinking inbetween when sleeping, the spa facilities were horrible and after paying money to

Comfortable and satisfied
Pros:

The location was perfect near to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are great and clean with visit again.

Cons:

The breakfast could’ve been better the eggs were a bit raw, including sausage bacon as we do not eat raw or medium cooked meals

good location, good spa, bad housekeeping and cleanliness
Pros:

The free use of the spa facilities. we made great use of these. also on our last day we received a free coffee to make up for the lack of cleaning and room supplies being topped up during our 5 night stay

Cons:

housekeeping very bad. found stains on mattress, 2 single beds pushed together so fell down middle, room not cleaned properly and condiments not topped up as well as mugs and glasses not cleaned or replaced during our 5 night stay

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and welcoming when we checked in.

The property was great in terms of proximity to the ao arena!

Cons:

The cleanliness of our room was very poor. There was very obvious staining, dust and overall wear in the room. The bathroom also doesn’t match the rest of the room at all, and is reminiscent of a swimming pool changing room.

This was not good value for money, especially since we paid nearly £200 for 2 adults for 1 night.

Excellent stay and exceptional staffs !
Pros:

Thank you a lot Sara for organizing the cake for my birthday! It was a great stay at the hotel and the staffs are very helpful ! We stayed for the weekend and it was a great one!
