Cons:

My remote my TV didn’t work so I couldn’t use my TV. The entire time in the whirlpool would not stay running or the water wouldn’t stay in it.

The hotel room was dirty and the photos online do not match my experience
Pros:

Staff was friendly but the photos from the online website do not represent the current state of the hotel. It looks warn out

The hotel room I had was dirty. Under my bed was a used cameo t shirt that didn’t make me believe the room was adequate cleaned

Very good stay
Pros:

The room was clean and very comfortable. The towels were large and clean. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The breakfast was nice and hot with good choices. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy.

Cons:

The tub was a rather high step up and was a little slippery. The shower curtain didn't keep the water off the floor.

It was a short notice from our arrival but we got a place to stay, overall really good!

Worst experience in a hotel

It was fairly clean

Cons:

Our 1st room, the door didn't lock, they moved us to a 2nd room and the bed foundation was completely broken, causing the bed to sink, they moved us to a 3rd room, this time was a "suite" for our inconvenience and we had an issue with the hot water and springs popping through the mattress. The worst 2 night stay that my mom and I ever experienced. We were visiting Florida because my brother had brain surgery. We were already exhausted considering the circumstances, but this made our visit almost unbearable.
