Will not recommend others to stay here.
Pros:

Had to leave for airport shuttle before breakfast served.
Room was top floor and right under flight path, but never heard a single plane 😊

Cons:

Room was small & cramped; could barely squeeze between hall wall & dresser. Mattress was not good and bedding was less than desirable. Room not totally cleaned- food left in fridge. Staff was not friendly & hospitable.

Do better
Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Good number of pillows. One of few that still have a hottub, that's a plus. Breakfast was better than other hotels I've stayed at. They have biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, bread and bagels to toast and muffins. Could have been a meat option.

Cons:

The room I booked wasn't available. I booked a 2 queen with sofa bed. Had to fit 4 adults and 1 child in a 2 queen room. Lady at the desk seamed like she could care less that we had to fit in a smaller room. Needed a stepstool to get into the tub to take a shower. Quite a big step up. Drinks and snacks in the stack machine were overpriced even for a hotel, $2.50 for a 12oz soda??? Could use more options and more seating in the breakfast area. Coffee and hot water weren't hot more like luke warm.

Clean, comfortable, nice staff

Cons:

Breakfast not so good. Noise from the room air conditioner. I asked for a two-hour late check-out by email and they didn't answer me at all. Overall a comfortable and pleasant hotel

Won't stay there again.
Pros:

Pillow uncomfortable. Could hear our neighbors, needs more soundproofing. Breakfast was not good. Omelets were barely warm. Bread to make toast was dry and hard! There was gravy, but no biscuits. plastic ware was not sturdy at all. Needed a knife to cut a bit of the omelet. Very disappointing.

One of the best on booking.com so far.
Pros:

The staff was very nice and accomodating. My family and I arrived early morning from our cruise. There were no rooms available when I called to do an early checkin. But I was allowed to bring my suitcases and leave them so my family and I could tour hassel free. The room was bigger than expected and very clean. The hallways were well lit, clean and smelled amazing. We didn't eat breakfast as we had an early flight back home. We were given a complimentary shuttle to the airport. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

The location was too close to major traffic. Since we were not driving and using Uber, it was challenging crossing over the road were the food was to get dinner. But driving, it is perfect location.
