Cons:

Shuttle experience was bad, angry driver, front desk person could care less, took an Uber in the morning

Lovely stay
Pros:

This cozy hotel is close to the airport, clean, smoke free with free breakfast, a pool, and friendly staff. Lilly at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. All of the staff were awesome.!

Perfect stay! No complaints.

Great place to stay and more reasonably priced than Marriott and other properties closer to TPA.
Pros:

Everything was clean. Our room, the lobby and the breakfast area. Parking is free, the shuttle is free and the breakfast is free. WAY cheaper than hotels closer to TPA.

Cons:

We had a difficult time getting local channels on the TV. Could have been me, not sure.

I would never want to stay here again.

There was nothing I liked about the property

The power was out because of the weather upon arrival. The staff did not communicate that to me when I called ahead of time. Once on the room the heat did not work and they treated me like I was incompetent to know how to turn it on and off. They came to check that & the telephone in the room because that didn’t work either! Just for them
To come and see that the heat was broke ! I had to ask them for another room. They did accommodate that switch. Not to mention the girl at the front desk told me I could rent a car from there and quoted me a price. But when I asked about it she said she misunderstood what I asked. So then I had to wait on the transfer to go back to the airport to get a rental. She made it a hard inconvenient experience. There should have been some money returned as a result

Pros:

The breakfast was good. The facilities were very good workout room, laundry room, etc..

Cons:

Had trouble getting hot water some mornings I couldn’t get any no matter how long I ran the water

It was a quick trip so it did what I needed.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful! I arrived early and didn’t get a rental car, I was with 6 children and 5 pieces of luggage. The hotel staff let me keep my bags there while they got the room ready so we could walk around until the room was finished. It helped out so much and I’m so grateful to them. The room was also extremely spacious. It felt like I was in an apartment and not a hotel.
