These hotel rooms need serious deep cleaning, and the hotel could use renovation so you don’t feel like you might fall t
Pros:

The staff was great! When my first room was unacceptable the gal at the front desk graciously gave me a different room.

Cons:

Heating/AC units are old and make terrible noises. When walking down the hallway on the third floor it felt like there were holes under the carpet, like the floor was giving way. Our first room was so dirty there were tiny black pieces of rubber everywhere on the floor and in the sink drain. The handle had partially broken off the inside of the mirror closet door so it wouldn’t shut. There were perler beads all over the floor, and the Heating unit was so loud I asked for a different room. Also the amount of dust and dirt around the edges is insane! I don’t think the rooms are ever vacuumed, especially by the heads of the bed and around the edges by the walls.

Perfect for the area
Pros:

The hotel was clean, pool and hot tub clean, breakfast had so many choices, and the room was comfortable.

Cons:

To nit pic I guess the only negative was only one elevator.

I would stay again as the room and pool area were clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The staff was friendly. Hannah who took care of the breakfast buffet was especially nice and helpful. She explained the waffle options and add ons in detail as well as gave us other pointers to enjoy our breakfast.

Cons:

Check-in was not very smooth. The front desk attendant couldn't get the computer to work. Luckily she was able to give us a key to our room and said the issue would eventually be fixed. I believe it was resolved when I was able to access the internet with my name and room number. Originally it was not recognizing this information.

Very happy and will undoubtedly stay there again
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Dining area was clean and well stocked. Room was quiet and comfortable. Kleenex and toilet paper could have been better stocked but I didn’t run out.
