Pros:

The hotel room was nice

Cons:

I was 25 min before check in and staff was rude and unacomodating saying room wasn't ready. Asked when it would be and she answered "maybe in 25 min). The hotel was definitely not busy

Just a average hotel. Nothing special. Room size was decent.

Cons:

The bed was super uncomfortable and very thin. We was placed on first floor. All night till about 11pm people was just walking around stomping abive us. Then right about 3am they started again all the way up till 7am when we decided to go check out the breakfest. Very very small selection. And was not good at all... went back to the room and packed up and checked out.

Love the location. Room 222 I was able to see the country view .
Pros:

Very close and convenient to our event at Waveland Park

Cons:

Pool closing so early :( Im suggesting 10pm to midnight for adult time. Was only able to get on our last night.

A Very Good Place to Stay and Saves Money
Pros:

The Hampton Inn hotel was clean, our room smelled good, and the breakfast was very good. The price was less than a stay in Indianapolis.

Cons:

The room was a little aged and showing some wear, but clean and comfortable.

Reservation Not Honored
Pros:

We paid in full for a two-night reservation and made no changes or cancellations. Due to an emergency, we missed the first night but arrived the second night and were denied check-in. We had to book another hotel and received no partial refund.

The policy does not state that missing the first night forfeits the reservation. When I called for clarification, the representative could not provide the policy, was rude, and hung up when I asked for her name.

This will be our Annual Stop!
Pros:

Our delayed arrival (1:30 AM) was no problem, and the facilities were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff. (The micro-fridge lacked a freezer, but the desk clerk put our freezer packs in the hotel freeser.) Good breakfast options. I can't believe how long we foolishly kept going to a cheap motel in Crawfordsville as it went steadily downhill. We'll be back.
