Hampton Inn & Suites Lincoln - Northeast I-80

Spent one night here during a road trip and appreciated the convenient location right off the interstate. The only drawback on arrival was the condition of the driveway as there’s a large, cone-marked hole that spans nearly half the entrance, which doesn’t make for the most welcoming first impression. Check‑in was seamless thanks to the app and mobile key, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and fully functional. The hotel is also just a short drive from plenty of dining options, which was very convenient. One thing I noticed, though it didn’t affect my stay, was the absence of a front desk employee on multiple passes through the lobby in the evening and again the next morning. It left me wondering whether the desk was staffed at all. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few operational details that could be improved.

On a positive note, the room was huge, nicely decorated and the bed was clean and comfortable. However, there was a dead fly lying on the commode lid and the toilet tank did not refill after flushing. As we were already unpacked and undressed for bed we opted to remove the tank lid and operate the fill mechanism manually.
But the problems didn't end there. The shower head barely spit out water and there were long black hairs clinging to the shower walls. Additionally, there were only a couple of tissues in the tissue box.
For breakfast the oatmeal was cold and gelatinous and the waffle batter was runny, causing the waffles to be limp and gummy.
The lobby restroom had overflowing trash cans.
Altogether, it was a very disappointing experience.

Pull out coach was disgusting and smelled like garbage and had bugs in it.

Doors slamming was annoying. Good location, nice and clean.

Comfortable beds, clean room, however, shampoo pump was broken therefore no functioning, terrible shower head, smoke detector hanging from ceiling. Disappointing for a Hampton.

We actually didn't get to stay at all. While the hotel had our reservation they did not have a room. We spent an hour in the lobby trying to find a hotel with rooms.

We had a really good stay. Excellent mattress made for a great night of sleep.

Patched hole in tub, dry wobbly toilet, flickering strobe bedside lamps. I think the quality of the facility could have been better.

Clean room and comfortable bed but the pillows were small and fridge didn’t work.
