Exceptionnel et relaxant
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre donnant sur une piscine et la mer - vue magnifique ! L'établissement verdoyant et très bien entretenu, situé directement à la plage.

la cena servita ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative con qualche appunto ...il buffet di verdure(per così dire) era sempre uguale , pomodori cetrioli , mais, fagioli ceci e carote sinceramente con tutte le verdure estive ho trovato più che deprimente la soluzione adottata dalla struttura.
stanze pulite giardini curati così anche la piscina

Cons:

colazione pessima non salvo nulla tutto a risparmio e poi le macchinette per il caffe , latte ecc... non si può sentire ,
la spiaggia bella tuttavia l'ingresso al mare faticoso per via delle pietre in acqua (non segnalato) non ideale per chi ha bambini.

Dankeschön für einen wunderschön entspannten Urlaub
Pros:

Gute Lage, schöner Sandstrand, toller Pool, geschmackvolle Zimmer, super liebes Personal, leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Essen. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Cons:

Wellness-Center und Boutique hatten im Oktober schon geschlossen.

Soggiorno con potenzialità,ma penalizzato da servizi ordinari e gestione poco attenta all'ospitalità
Pros:

La posizione è buona e la struttura, nel complesso, ben tenuta.
Ottimo il ristorante I Coralli, dove la qualità del cibo e la professionalità del personale sono state impeccabili.
Molto cortese e disponibile anche lo staff del concierge, sempre attento e sorridente.
La colazione è ordinaria, nella media: buona varietà ma nessun cibo davvero di livello, tutto piuttosto standard per la categoria.

Cons:

La gestione del ristorante Wild Duck è stata deludente: siamo rimasti senza cena per soli 4 minuti di ritardo, nonostante gli altri ospiti fossero ancora a tavola.
Il maître si è mostrato rigido e poco attento, il buffet aveva un ricambio scarso (soprattutto antipasti e dolci) e la qualità dei piatti era inferiore rispetto a I Coralli.
Anche la reception ha mostrato problemi di comunicazione, non registrando il reclamo e proponendo una soluzione solo due giorni dopo.
Servirebbe maggiore flessibilità e attenzione verso gli ospiti, soprattutto nella gestione dei reclami.
Andrebbe migliorata la qualità e l’organizzazione del ristorante Wild Duck.
La camera, pur pulita, necessiterebbe di un bagno meglio rifinito e dotato di bidet, elemento inspiegabilmente assente per un 4 stelle.

Struttura meravigliosa sul mare, ottimi servizi, ottimo staff!
Buona e variegata la colazione, dal dolce al salato. Cena ottima. E cosa dire della camera?ampia, spaziosa e pulita. Siamo rimaste veramente soddisfatte del nostro soggiorno.

Sehr schön waren die großen Zimmer. Diese wurden auch täglich gereinigt. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker - 4 Gang (etwas kaotisch organisiert sind dort die Kellner, muss viel Geduld mitbringen)
Personal an der Rezeption war fantastisch.
Strand war auch gut aber ein Mietwagen ist absolut zu empfehlen da es in der Umgebung 1000x schönere Strände gibt.

Cons:

Frühstück ist ausbaufähig. Jeden Tag das selbe.
Der Spa Bereich braucht unbedingt eine Renovierung!!!!
Es gibt nur italienische Sender im Fernsehprogramm.
Was etwas seltsam ist das die Liegen am Hotelstrand für Hotelgäste kostenpflichtig sind.
1. Reihe 15€ pro Liege. 2. Reihe 10€ pro Liege.
Die hintere Reihen mit Klappstühlen sind kostenlos.

Pros:

Il soggiorno in questa struttura è stato nel complesso piacevole. La struttura è pulita e in ordine. La colazione è da migliorare come qualità, ma presentava comunque varieta e quantità. Il personale gentile e disponibile. L'unica eccezione negativa è la differenza nel trattamento tra chi prenota tramite struttura e chi prenota tramite piattaforme online.
