Pros:

Location right next to Hakata Rail Station, staff very friendly. If you choose the Ecoclean option i e. only bins emptied, you get free drink from vending machine.

Cons:

Rooms are generally small, done have no windows.

Good centrally located hotel in Fukuoka.
Pros:

Extremely well located hotel in Fukuoka, just a 2 minute walk away from Hakata station, and 2 stops away from the airport. Plenty of food options nearby.

Cons:

Check out time was incorrectly stated as 11am on the booking website but in actuality is 9am, but all was sorted out at the front desk.
