I am not impressed with this hotel.

The Parking lot condition.I had to park 6 blocks away because the parking lot was filled by down town parking. From people who didn't even stay at the hotel. the room was cold and industrial and very much gave prison cell/ hospital room vibes. I feel like this place was ALL hype. I also absolutely think the price was RIDICULOUS considering all of the above mentioned.
This is a pleasant hotel, well located in Holland. A few blocks of walking encompasses many restaurant, coffee shops, and cute stores. A short walk the other way takes you to an ice skating rink in the park.
The room configuration is strange. You’ll need to be prepared for that. I wish I’d brought our rechargeable batteries so it would be easier to charge our phones in multiple places - the only accessible plug in the room was at the desk with a single desk chair.
The two queen beds were arranged to face away from each other, each towards a TV on the opposite walls. While unusual, that was okay and interestingly different from the standard room. You will want to embrace the sense of whimsy and unusual materials in this hotel.
Was in town for the weekend for a wedding. Very nice hotel. Close to stores and restaurants. Hotel has a restaurant and bar. With decent prices. Will be back in this hotel if ever back in town.
We stayed here for one night as we explored Holland. The location downtown is great; that’s about where greatness ends.
Our room was clean, but far from comfortable. There are minimal soft furnishings - no carpet, a very basic sofa, no throw pillows. There is also a giant wall partition in the middle, separating the closet and bathroom from the bed and desk. You can’t sit on the sofa and watch the TV. The TV is also on top of a high dresser - it needs to be lower.
The bed was comfortable, however sleep was hard because of the lighting. Outside light comes in around the blackout shades, as they don’t entirely cover the window. The temperature can only be modified slightly … we could set it below 70, even though the sign said you could adjust to 65.
The lighting in the room is also off; the bathroom is very dark, and there is a light in the closet that is difficult to turn on/off. The reading light goes all the way across the bed, so it can be bothersome if one person is awake and the other is sleeping.
Staff were friendly; onsite parking was free, but the lot was full by 6pm.

Room layout was strange with curved walls making walkway in the room narrow and difficult to manuver. Bathroom in the other hand was huge.
The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and we loved it. The location of the hotel was perfect for walking to many different restaurants and breweries. We absolutely enjoyed staying here.
No cons to our stay at all

Lighting in room was a bit dim for reading and working at the desk. Friendly staff, but only one person available to make coffee, and man the desk.
