I would like to express my serious dissatisfaction with the condition of the room and the level of housekeeping service provided during our stay.

Upon arrival, the room was in an unacceptable condition. There was visible trash left inside the room, and the children’s bed was extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned or prepared for new guests. This raised significant concerns regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards.

In addition, despite leaving the room in the morning, housekeeping did not service or clean the room until late in the afternoon. This resulted in considerable inconvenience and disrupted our stay, as we were unable to return to a clean and properly maintained room for most of the day.

The condition of the room and the delay in housekeeping fell well below the standards expected from a hotel of your reputation. I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken. I would also appreciate a response regarding how the hotel intends to address these issues and prevent similar situations in the future.

очень хороший отель. в центре. стойка регистрации работает почти круглосуточно. заселили сразу же. оплата прошла по карточке заранее через букинг, на месте не нужно было платить. персонал очень хорошо говорит по-английски и всегда может помочь. до этого места из аэропорта я добиралась из аэропорта на автобусе номер 21А. номер очень хороший, все есть: шампунь, мыло, горячая вода, чайник, полотенца,холодильник. вайфай очень хороший и работает в комнате. убирают каждый день. кондиционер есть. окна не открываются. вид с окна хороший. на завтрак не ходила, не знаю. все очень понравилось.

عدم وجود عازل صوت بين الغرف يجعلك تسمع أصوات المتواجدين ف الغرف الجانبية والأغطية نوعا ما لم تكن بحالة جيدة ممزقه والمناشف او الفوط كذالك
