Cons:

petit déjeuner non varié
on a voulu payer la taxe en carte et la dame voulait absolument qu’on paye en espèce, on a refusé et elle l’a très mal pris.
Serviette de bain qui a la matière d’un torchon à vaisselle
La wifi était très lente
Dans notre chambre on attendait les gens parlaient, fermer leur porte, on voyait la lumière du couloir depuis notre chambre( murs qui n’était pas du tout insonorisé)
Si vous voulez dormir ou vous reposer ne venez pas séjourner dans cet établissement.
En revanche, si vous souhaitez être réveiller à 6h du matin c’est l’idéal.

Pros:

Tökéletes kilátás a hotelszobából.

Cons:

Rosszul kialakított parkoló. Túlárazott szállashely. A reggeli a hotel által hirdetett minőséget meg sem közelíti. Mindenből a legolcsóbban kínálják. Olaszországban a finom kávé alap, kivétel ebben a hotelben.

Pros:

La limpieza de todo el hotel. La vista desde la habitación. La habitación es amplia y cómoda. Y una de las empleadas que nos dio cierta información para movernos en transporte publico.

Cons:

El desayuno. Por ser un hotel 4 estrellas, fue bastante pobre. Y no tener una piscina climatizada. La distancia hasta Sorrento. Ya que es el centro de las excursiones.

Great location, stunning view, but disappointing rooms.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is undeniably its biggest asset. Perched on high ground, it boasts a truly stunning view over the gulf and the sea. This promise of a breathtaking vista, however, is mostly reserved for the public areas.
​The Downside: Rooms and Amenities
​Unfortunately, most rooms do not share this view, instead facing a closed inner courtyard that offers nothing of interest. The rooms themselves are quite small and decorated in an extreme, stark minimalistic style that, for me, felt more cramped and clinical than chic—almost making the space feel like a cage. Furthermore, the interiors are showing their age and are in need of a fresh coat of paint.
​On the positive side, the housekeeping service was excellent, with daily and thorough cleaning.
​Limited Services
​The common areas and amenities were also a mixed bag:
​The Pool: The pool is small and situated low down, mostly enclosed by walls, which severely limits the amount of sun exposure.
​Dining and Bar: The restaurant appeared to cater almost exclusively to pre-booked groups, and the bar offered a very limited selection of drinks.
​Parking: On-site parking is extremely limited at the moment. However, the proximity of the bus station is a major plus, offering easy transport to Sorrento and surrounding villages.
​Final Verdict
​While the views from the hotel grounds are spectacular, prospective guests should be aware that the rooms are small, dated, and lack a sea view. The limited dining and leisure options suggest this might be a better choice for guests planning to spend most of their time exploring the region rather than relaxing at the hotel.
