I was glad even tho our room was wrong it was clean so it was surprising to us that the pool and hot tub were not well k
Pros:

Our room was very clean. Check in and out was easy.

Cons:

I booked a king room but the bed was a queen. The pool and hot tub were not very clean so we ended up not using the pool all together and the hot tub for just a few minutes.

Disappointed in this Hampton Inn
Pros:

Dakota at the front desk was very personable.

Cons:

This is by far the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in.
It definitely was not worth the amount of money charged per night. Dirty inside and out. Floors and rugs dirty, furniture in lobby area dirty. Shower never got hot even with it turned all the way to hot. Coffee and hot water pots were never hot…not even first thing in the morning at breakfast. Breakfast was just ok. Juice is watered down. Tinted pink water for cranberry juice . Happy we only booked there one night!

Best hotel in Gallipolis. Clean, great location, friendly staff

The pool and spa were closed for servicing the days I was there. Also, they were having trouble with the exterior doors opening easily.
