Pros:

Pool, although the spa wasnt heated
Aircon
Location close to Noosa Junction.
About a 25 minute walk to Hastings Street, big Hill to climb on way back
Apartment was supplied with good cooking equipment and utensils
Nice sized balcony overlooking pool and greenery with glimpses of ocean and mountains

Cons:

A can opener would of been handy. Some more garbage bags for rubbish

Size of appartment

Cons:

Accomidation is advertised as 800m from the beach, this may be true as a direct distance on a map but there is no way to get you there by car/walking etc to get you to the beach in 800m, it is more like 1.5m which was disapointing and mostly hills. The rooms was also much more dated than it looks in photos

Simple, outdated and a little dirty.
Pros:

Very quiet and peaceful. Beautifully manicured, the grounds are clean and well maintained. Parking available and very warm welcome.

Cons:

I always take photos upon entry, but I completely forgot this time.
We found the apartment a little dirty. There were little bugs all over the kitchen bench and near the window, and bugs all over the outdoor table, so we had to clean both of these areas ourself. The second bedroom was locked and we didn’t have the key to access it, but this was rectified immediately. My friend washed most of the cups, glasses, cutlery and crockery before we used anything be wise they were dirty. There were coffee rings inside the mugs, the glasses had a funny smell etc. The self closing mechanism on the entry door was broken with screws left on the floor, which we were told has happened many times. A little disappointed with the “old” look of the apartment because the pictures we saw in booking.com depicted a more modern feel.

I absolutely would recommend it. The walk to Hastings street is a punish but once the buses were worked out it was great
Pros:

The property was beautiful and well maintained

Cons:

Needs a lift as we had a toddler and stroller. It was quite difficult being a stroller upstairs to the top level

Pros:

We like the location, close enough to Hastings Street, but far enough away from Hastings Street to be peaceful and relaxing.

Cons:

The 32 stairs when had to climb to get to our apartment, did not realize this complex had nil lift for our apartment.

Pros:

Apartment was updated with everything you need. Full kitchen and laundry very useful for 7 night stay. Short walk to local shops for great restaurants and convenience of supermarkets.

Cons:

Some stains on couch. Could do with a good clean.
Noise from construction site across the road started early and you could feel the vibrations throughout the apartment.

Stay more central!
Pros:

It did have all the amenities you could ask for.

Cons:

Position of property to central area of Noosa - too far, unless you knew your way around. The apartment had a very musty smell about it. Staff member who greeted us was lovely, but issues which arose from reception not being open when it should have been. Safety issues with small appliances; the labels attached showed PAT tests were completed in November 2022, to be checked again in 2023. Apparently it is not obligatory to have PAT tests in QLD, but had they done, then they would have known that the iron was completely unsafe to use, and the kettle had issues too! It says in the blurb that there was a shuttle service? Who knows where that was to, as we never saw it, and couldn't ask at reception as they weren't there.

Decent overall stay, needed a good clean and could do with a bit of an upgrade
Pros:

Spacious, had a TV in each room

Cons:

It needed to be cleaned more. A lot of dust everywhere and could do with being upgraded slightly I.e furniture etc.
