sin internet en habitaciones, cuando reclamé dijeron que lo arreglaban pero estuvo cortado toda mi estancia de 4 días
la piscina pesimamente mantenida, aseo de areas comunes descuidado,
el tv cable no funciona ya que no tiene ninguna suscrpcion a nada y ademas aunque tengas tu cuenta propia de streaming, no hay internet..........

Una mala experiencia que se pudo resolver.

Amabilidad del personal y apoyo para resolver los problemas.

Cons:

Estado de mantenimiento del lugar, mal olor a humedad en baños, suciedad y hongos en las duchas. Habíamos arrendado una cabaña, pero estaba en muy malas condiciones. Llegamos muy tarde, el personal del hotel fue muy amable, nos acomodaron en una habitación doble del hotel, al día siguiente accedieron a devolvernos el resto de la estadía y nos movimos a otro lugar.

Cons:

La piscina era un asco, estuve un día entero sin agua, la habitación tenía humedad en sus paredes, hongo en el baño, los tratamientos de sanitizacion no se hace del año pasado. Mala atención al cliente por parte de la gerencia. Pedí la devolución de los días que no iba permanecer ahí, aún no me reembolsan. Deje un reclamo en el SERNAC

Cons:

Lastima presenciar una familia llamando a carabineros porque su habitacion no tenia agua y en el hotel no le daban ninguna solucion, por otra parte el estacionamiemto es muy reducido y la señal de WiFi es demasiado inestable.
