No hubo nada que destacar positivamente, ya que el servicio no cumplió con lo ofrecido. Pasé frío porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en modo calor, y además tuve un problema grave con un enchufe que dañó mi cargador. La experiencia en general fue negativa.

Cons:

Durante mi estadía en el Hotel Palmas de La Serena tuve varios inconvenientes. El aire acondicionado nunca funcionó en modo calor, lo que hizo incómoda la noche, especialmente considerando la temperatura.

Además, un enchufe en mal estado dañó mi cargador Samsung original: una de sus patas quedó atrapada y comenzó a derretirse, dejando inutilizable tanto el cargador como el cable tipo C. Informé de inmediato en recepción, pero la solución ofrecida fue solo un cargador genérico, que no corresponde en calidad ni compatibilidad.

Considero que faltó mantenimiento en las instalaciones y una respuesta adecuada ante el problema.
