The stay was good overall for the price.
Pros:

I loved the design of the room and the decorations.

Cons:

The guests next to me were loudly having sex and loudly talking afterwards. I called the front desk to have them quiet down and the noise did for a minute, but they got loud again. This morning my key stopped working about 15 minutes before checkout, so when I came back to my room from breakfast, I had to go downstairs twice to have the front desk fix the key.

I enjoyed my stay there. It was very pleasant.
Pros:

What I appreciated most was the cleanliness of the rooms. Also, the dining area for breakfast and lunch…Specifically, your employee Nancy was phenomenal!! She was welcoming and professional, and made sure the food was exceptional to the best of her ability. She deserves recognition because not only myself but also other people during their stay at the same time also appreciated how attentive she was to all of us.

Cons:

I wish the pool area was open.

My wife and I were disappointed.

Pros:

Close to what I was in town for. Clean and friendly staff. 5th floor lounge was great and host was amazing the whole weekend!

Cons:

Amenities were closed due to renovation, but was made aware of that so not a huge deal.
