Perfect for city visiting
Pros:

All I talked staff were excellent. Friendly and polite.
Perfect location for city visiting.
Car park easy access and fair price.

The bathroom fan and lights are different button is good as easy to keep in the dry room and not cold when I take a bath.

The building is not new but I really liked this hotel. Next visit to Dunedin I will definitely choose here again.

Pros:

The room was comfy. The restaurant had good food. The gym had enough machines to get in a decent workout. The hotel is central to everything. Overall a good place to stay at.

Cons:

The cost to park, I felt was alittle pricey.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Staff were very helpful. Location was very good. Bed very comfortable

Cons:

Parking was tight and cost extra. However we still appreciated being able to park at all. Shower made the whole bathroom soaking though it was better the 2nd time we all used it; improved technique.

Pros:

Location to the university and the octagon was exceptional - everything is walking distance from here.

Cons:

I didn't realise you had to pay an extra $20 per night for parking, plus you had to write down your credit card number for them which seemed a bit dodgy - I've never done that before.
