Good location in Dunedin
Pros:

Location was great.room size was great. Close to grocery store & shopping.

Cons:

Saturday 8 am construction noise across the street as helicopter dropped materials on top of building- hopefully not a regular occurrence.
Beds seemed very soft.

Highly recommend the Vic. Great staff, facility, and location.
Pros:

Great location for central city business, cafes, dining and events. On site parking was a bonus too. Room facilities were very comfortable and cozy.

Cons:

A few more "kitchen" implements (sharp knife, kitchen scissors, and a breadboard) would be useful. We were on the 4th floor which was fine, but there seemed to be a lot of noise, late at night from the room(s) above. While we could sleep, it was a little disturbing.

Pros:

Location is convenient to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there and will come again when we visit Dunedin next time.
