Located close to city which was handy

Cons:

Very out dated, beds are old and hard, it was expensive for what we got. Shower head flew off when the water was turned on, toilet seat needed to be tightened and fixed. Heating in room needs to be sorted as very cold took ages to heat up

Great location, nice staff, older side of the property could use updating
Pros:

Nice staff, great location, cost effective- we have stayed here before in the building opposite of the lobby and it was lovely.

Cons:

We stayed on the older side of the property. The beds were uncomfortable, felt very outdated, and there was a lot of construction going on.

The shower mixer played up a bit, either too hot or two cold, a bit frustrating. It took a bit to adjust it.

Nice and handy to the hospital as we had a 9.15am appointment

Cons:

After a 3 hour journey, I was disappointed to find out the bar and restaurant weren’t opening that evening.
My husband has medical conditions so was unable to go out , however the supermarket was handy .
