Short walk to the shops, pubs and restaurants, very clean. Helpful staff. Would recommend staying here.

Comfortable stay in a recently refurbished room
Pros:

Stayed in a gorgeous refurbished room. Beds were super comfy. Reception team were very welcoming and efficient. We would definitely stay again

Overall stay is A+ and will stay again for sure..

Cons:

The noise outside esp at midnight and exhaust on other rooms esp while you are already asleep but all good.

A great place to stay, central to most of Dunedin
Pros:

Location was great. Bed was comfortable, staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Parking was crammed and limited and you can clearly hear the other guests at night (although some if that may have been extremely noisy guests on that night)
