Beds, pool, price, staff were helpful, quality of the rooms and hotel.
Terrible communication: no way of contacting reception, room service options didn’t work, no communication about the pool or the parking, very difficult to get to the room (easier to get to Mordor!)
Lovely comfy room and bed, taxi came straight away booked from reception and breakfast was nice!
Location was good for our needs, easy check in with friendly staff and rooms are fine !
The bar and restaurant area are looking extremely tired now, to the point where one bar stool practically had no material left on it and tables weren’t very clean!

Bedroom far too warm and supplied fan poor.
Good choice of food at breakfast and in the evening. Location was great for us getting to and from Liverpool city centre and waterfront with only a short 15 minute walk to the nearest Metro. Staff were very friendly and helpful when needed.
Lack of drawer space for clothes in the rooms and so a lot of our clothes we had to leave in suitcases.
No real criticisms otherwise but a few little touches would enhance your guests stays. For example, the rooms were a bit bare and would benefit with some art work of the local attractions. A box of tissues and a toilet brush in the bathroom would have been appreciated as well.
