The pillows are too big and thick

Stayed in rom 121 and There’s a humming/vibrating was really annoying.

Location & facilities
No settee but Room was large enough to accommodate a small 2 seat settee
Room and facilities were clean, modern and comfortable. Good breakfast and on-site Starbucks. Staff were nice.
Room was a little warm and supplied fan was pretty weak. Better fan or room A/C would be good.
The facilities were good
The cleanliness of the hotel on the whole was very poor. Dirty remote and cups in the room. Didn't even get a change of bedding or towels or coffee after the first night. Swimming pool changing rooms and pool area unclean also.
Room above talked all night, got no sleep!
I went with son who is in a wheelchair and the facilities were great for him

Was a bit confused by the add-ons
The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, the gym and sauna were very good just what we needed for our stay.
The only down side was not being able to use the swimming pool due to lessons going on, but can't be helped.

Sports facilities, good although I only used the Pool, Whirlpool, Steam Room and Sauna. The whole stay, very relaxing which is what I needed.
Only concern about the bedroom was a little mold in corners of the bath, informed the hotel reception who said that they would contact housekeeping.

Used the leisure facilities, which were excellent. Did not dine in the hotel but looked like there was a good choice.
