Big room.
No air con. Mojito was the worst I've ever had .
Village Hotel was a beautiful comfortable place to stay with excellent buffet cooked breakfast, the food at night was really good too, Staff were very friendly and attentive

Bar area and pub food.

Definitely not a room with a view,looking out to a roof full of extractor fans.One small fan to cool the whole bedroom down in adverse hot weather,this is not acceptable.Rooms need updating with air con.
No staff on desk when checking in ,self check in using the tablets very confusing and difficult to use.
The staff were friendly and helpful
Beds were 2 beds pushed together and started separating over night.
The kitchen was closed so no dinner options available.
The walls are extremely thin and could hear conversations clearly in rooms/corridors.
Sadly i went to watch the second half of the england game and the T.V had no signal at all
The room while appearing clean, hadn't been done properly as found a previous guests clothes in the room.

Room very very hot. No aircon was non working Dyson fan so had to use standard fan.
The gym and spa facilities were well kept and the restaurant and Starbucks area was also nice and inviting.
Unfortunately the first room i was given, the bathroom had a significant amount of black mould around the bath sealant, shower screen and around shower head.
Staff apologised for this and relocated me to another room, which still had mould around the bath and shower sealant, although a lot less than the previous. Bathrooms were in obvious need of refurbishment.
