The lack of accesible shower in the accesible room. Again, thank you Billy for your initiative, but also that was very painful.

The cold and unwelcoming reception area where all you see is screens . If we could we would have left then. Very dated and tired . Everything in small sports bar . Dinner , breakfast all in very noisy sports bar .large screens everywhere, uncomfortable seating,

Dated Rooms. Access to rooms by a complicated lift system. Bar prices expensive . Had a 21st Party there. Some staff were rude. Buffet food very expensive for what it was.
Breakfast was lovely! Room was large with little nice touches like cans of water and chocolate bars in the room and clean room the facilities were great. Staff were nice and polite.
