The staff couldn’t do enough for you.
The room was very cold and took a while to heat up.
Room was clean & staff helpful
We had booked 2 club rooms. One was much larger than the other one . Plus did not have complimentary water or chocolate biscuits. Overpowering smell of fish & chips on the bar area .
Convenient for an event nearby.
The noise from pumps/generators below the room resulted in a really poor night’s sleep.

Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Plenty of little freebies in the room. Great value!
The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable but lacked a mini bar. The restaurant’s food was very good, although had to wait a long time between ordering and arriving on table. The tables could’ve been attended to a bit quicker and wiped down. Menus were sticky and dirty. The reception staff should’ve explained the complicated layout of property as took us 15 mins to work out how to get to our room! Thought it was cheeky that had to pay for parking our car. Never experienced this before!

Great location, rooms lovely and very clean.
The walls are so thin, there is no phone in the room to ring reception, the room next door had music blasting till 5am.
Then the gym class the next morning had thumping music, we had about 1 hour sleep.
The lady on reception didnt ask if we had a good stay 🤷♀️ I was so tired I couldnt be bothered, I just wanted to get home
Location was perfect. Nice friendly vibe at the hotel. Loved the pool and swam twice, proper sized pool. Room had everything you could need. TV was huge! Shower was good and nice hot water.
There was no extractor fan in the bathroom which is unusual. There is a badly placed mains switch by the door and I accidentally turned this off while looking for extractor fan switch. The TV then stopped working and I set hares running getting new batteries until the mistake was discovered!
Everything you needed was available and staff were exceptional
