Cons:

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing overall. The staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming, and the atmosphere around the hotel was unpleasant because many guests behaved loudly and disrespectfully, often drinking their own alcohol openly in public areas without any intervention from the staff.

The food was acceptable, but nothing special, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. Unfortunately, the cocktails were also quite poor and not enjoyable at all.

Overall, we did not have a pleasant experience and would not choose to stay here again.

Pros:

Food! Food! Food! The food was AMAZING. Always delicious. The majority of the staff were fantastic, especially at reception and in the restaurant. The maid was spot on with cleaning.

Cons:

Some of the bar staff and life guard by the pool were a bit grumpy. You felt you were annoying them. The pool guy seemed to close the pool 15mins early every day. Rooms could do with a freshen up.

Cons:

El ascensor estaba con poco mantenimiento y nos quedamos encerrados, y aunque el auxilio fue rápido y efectivo, fue una experiencia terrible. Además el todo incluido es hasta las 11, la recreación para ser sábado en la noche, poco tiempo, las bebidas pésimas. El personal profesional, la piscina no se puede disfrutar hasta las 8 aunque sea horario de verano. En general solo puedo resaltar la calidad de las habitaciones y el desayuno y la cena bufé, que fueron lo mejor de mi estancia.

Los espectaculos nocturnos.

Cons:

La falta de mantenimiento de las instalaciones: Cama ruidosa e inestable, las mantas tenian manchas, no funcionaba la calefacción de la habitación, la barra de la cortina de la ducha se caia, la comida repetitiva y poca variedad, bebida de poca calidad. Aunque está caminando cerca de la playa, hay una enorme cuesta. A tener en cuenta si se trata de personas con poca movilidad.
