A lovely hotel. Perfect for couples wanted a chill out break.
Pros:

This review is slightly biased as we were lucky enough to get upgraded from an apartment to a full luxury suite. The bed was king size very spacious room. Jacuzzi in the bedroom. A separate lounge room that could double as another bedroom (either 2 single or 1 double bed). Mini bar filled with a selection of soft drinks and beer. hallway with mini kitchen and kettle, coffee maker and pods and a fridge lovey
Often bathroom with 2 headed shower . We were all inclusive. The room was cleaned everyday part of the upgrade. The food has been very good. I am a vegetarian and lots of choices for me. Always pizza and hotdogs for children. My husband likes English food and has had food each evening that he can eat and enjoy but there is also local fish and vegetables available. The deserts are quite minimal but really the fruit and cake is more than sufficient for holiday food. Choice of 2 bigger pools we used the pool at the back of the hotel as there was a bar next to it but the other pool was fine and a smaller child's pool. First time I had seen the artificial grass over all the outside areas including the pool area and on our balcony. It was brushed and hoovered each day so was kept nice and clean. Entertainment every night at 9pm. It was the usual circus, flamenco and parrot show that Tenerife do in all their hotels. The evening bar area was open from 6pm and was similar to a pub vibe. With a reasonable amount of table and chairs. There was a small queue for drinks but nothing worth moaning about. An additional bar on level 1 where the all inclusive snack bar was also available. Not many people were eating there so can't really mention the food here. It was a nice lookout over 1 of the pools and they have additional sunbeds set out so it is an extra sunbathing area. The pools weren't open to 10 am but we just had a coffee in the comfortable reception area until they were open. We are t big drinkers but the AI drinks were similar to other hotels in Tenerife. My husband is diabetic and it was hard to get confirmation of the sugar contour the soft drinks. Most other hotels serve sugar free orange and lemon as normal but the bar tenders weren't really sure if they were sugar free. Staff were very friendly and polite. Areas were always clean. Only a little negative is minimal toilets by the pool areas so sometimes there was a queue. We went in March and was reasonably busy I'm not sure if high season it wouldn't e a bit too crowded. Sunbeds were comfortable towels can be hired but very close together.umbrella not on every set of beds so if you like a bit of shade and it was busy might be difficult. We did spot a few umbrellas in storage sopossibly a few are put out in high season. Lots of people we spoke to were repeat customers so that's a good recommendation. If I was going to get the suite again would definitely come to this nice hotel again. Location is near a few pubs for watching football on tv and it's a little walk downhill to the main shops. Maybe a bit difficult for those with walking difficulties. So far have had a lovely holiday in a pleasant hotel and lovely room.

3 star accommodation!
Pros:

We are just back from a week, all inclusive - same old story, you get what you pay for! If you are expecting 5 star, pay for 5 star! This is a 3 star Hotel! Accommodation was basic, but clean, Food was excellent value for money, yes, quite same some, but we always manged to get something to enjoy! Fresh fish grilled each day and tasty soup always on offer. The Hotel staff work hard to maintain a good standard and we found them very friendly.

Pleasantly surprised
Pros:

We have been pleasantly surprised, looking at mixed reviews we came with an open mind. You have to remember this is a 3 star hotel which operates very well. Our room was clean and comfortable towels are changed 5 times a week, other than toilet being cleaned not much else . Food is generally nice especially breakfast. Snack bar is friendly and supplies what you expect from a snack bar, you can go in the dining room if you wish we did it once but not for us. Dinner can be hectic and if you don’t like what’s on offer there is plenty of salad choices and fruit. The beer and wine are good, spirits acceptable and evening entertainment was ok. We came for a last minute get away to the sun not what we normally choose but it certainly ticked all the boxes.

Lovely stay at this great hotel
Pros:

Had a very enjoyable stay here, don't listen to the negative reviews.

Arrived at 5pm on Monday the 16th February.
Check in was quick and efficient

Room - The room was a bit dated and could certainly do with some work, saying that the room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Beds were comfy, decent sized fridge and a good sized balcony. Only negative was the toilet leaked, we just put a towel down so no major issue.

Food - Food was excellent. Breakfast was my favourite, you could get a fresh omelette from the omelette station, sausages, beans, bacon, scrambled and fried eggs and loads more.
Lunch and dinner were very good as well, all the salad stuff was so fresh and always loads of different options daily.
Snack bar was good as well, you could get Pizza, Burgers, Hotdogs, chips, salad and sandwiches

Drink - Beer was decent and wife said the wine was ok, cocktails were average, they were pre made and very syrupy. I didn't try the spirits. Soft drinks were decent as well. One recommendation would be to have a self service drink station for beer, wine soft drinks.

Entertainment - Only went once for the mini disco and my daughter liked it.

Hotel - 2 large pools and a baby pool, a wee bit cold but once you were in it was fine. Arcade area again could do with an upgrade but the kids seemed to enjoy it. There were 4 bars which opened at different times through out the day so you can always get a drink. Every day there were stalls selling bags, wallets, watches, T shirts etc, the quality was good and bought a few things. There was a supermarket next door and sold the basics like Alcohol, juice, snacks, Lotion. A wee bit pricey but not too bad, you also get a 10% discount.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back

Debatable
Pros:

It was okay — nothing special, nothing terrible.

The family pool is chaos. Loud, busy, and not for the faint-hearted. The real secret is the quiet pool, which was an absolute lifesaver for us.

Some of the other guests weren’t exactly refined — lots of shouting and not much in the way of manners.

The food isn’t great, and the drinks taste very watered down. That said, the location is perfect, which definitely helps.

The evening entertainment is hit and miss, but there were a couple of really good nights.

The daily market stalls are a nice touch, and the excursions guy is brilliant — he sorted our Siam Park trip with no hassle.

If you want somewhere cheap and cheerful, it does the job. If you’re after something a bit more polished, you might want to look elsewhere.

Happy with this hotel
Pros:

Great hotel, food was good, nice private balcony and spacious room. Entertainment was brilliant. Only thing we weren't keen on is the Cola, I couldn't drink it.
Carlos and Cristina were fun on the bar, all staff we encountered were helpful.

For a 3 star this is a great choice !
Pros:

we wanted a relaxing well priced winter break and that is exactly what we got ! Great hotel great location great food and staff as well as a great price with amazing weather ! It is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in and as it’s only 3 star some of the 4 and 5 stars could get some tips ! We are not fussy eaters apart from DD who even ate something at every meal on all inclusive with some great theme nights and amazing sushi ! Lots of fresh salad and different meats most nights all well cooked and tasty ! Breakfast wide ranging and good eggs ! This was one of the cheapest but with a good review hotels I could find and I was not disappointed :) with some of the best entertainment again that some higher star hotels should take note of we walked down to the fanabe beach front on an evening but back in time most nights for comedians singers parrots and circus / acrobats all made us laugh and kept us entertained - I would thoroughly recommend this for a winter break but think it would be a bit of a battle at full capacity or in summer although many sunbeds and a great sun terrace with bar above the pool areas no restrictions here for putting your towels out at 7 for a good spot but pool only opens at 10 still find this strange and of course they need a lifeguard on so 10 is fair but the added terrace means can sit from early and it has sun right to the end of the day :) the hotel was busy for February as tenerife is hot all year round so with comfy beds and umbrellas and some great all inclusive drinks - cocktails not great but for what we paid we stuck with the fizz gin and soft drinks plentiful and added snack bar open 10-6 as well ! The amenities are good and even better if you don’t have to fight or wait for a table or sunbed when off peak ! You cannot fault this place with rooms large and spacious and good kitchen if self catering ! Slept well and beds changed at least once again more than a recent 4 star and daily as well for towels - you can hire a beach towel as well 10 euros that you get back x overall would recommend it’s not posh but it is clean and well worth what you pay !

Way Over priced for very basic
Pros:

A very expensive hotel for a compleatly average fine (not good but nor awful place)

Rooms are okay pretty standard mine was clean my sisters was full of ants and what she said was a cockroach type but but she is dramatic.

The hotel shows again fine below avrage and pretty boring everything was done between 10pm and 11pm the bar only has one person on so ques for 30 mins to get a drink they were nice but still the ques

Food awful bland boring, un organised, messy, poor quality everything about this was below standards. Breakfast lunch and dinner the same food over and over again was not for us even the kids were bored by day 2

Over all we paid just under 900 per person for a week all inclusive it was awful and 100% not worth the money so many better place to go for around the same price

Awful reception staff
Pros:

I genuinely wish I could give this hotel 5 stars, because the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful: friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay.Unfortunately, our experience at reception completely ruined it. One receptionist (a brunette lady with glasses) was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I tried to raise a complaint, the reservations manager returned with the same receptionist and allowed the situation to escalate into an argument. Instead of de-escalating, they stood there while I was called a liar. They did not listen, they argued with a paying customer, and the entire interaction was humiliating and unprofessional. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Both clearly need proper training in handling guest complaints.

Want 5 star then pay for it !
Pros:

There's always pros and cons to most holidays. Pros- in a good place, food was good, couldn't complain at all, plenty choice,so you wouldn't starve, entertainment every night wether you want to go up to you. Pleasant staff, lovely gentlemen worked there, walked his dog, always busy in restaurant staff are very hard working.
Cons-we arrived late so missed food, not hotels fault, was given a couple of sandwiches 2 pieces of fruit each and a bottle of water, which I wouldn't eat sandwiches but nothng else was offered, wasn't happy bed wasn't changed at all time we were there, cutlery was dirty in draw, maybe could do with a bit of an uplift, was a maze when we first got there, didn't have a clue so maybe better directions,I also wish these people with some kids looked after them instead of just letting them run wild even in restaurant aswell as on an evening, mind some of the adults drinking to much was a disgrace, yeah it's all inclusive but think about others not just your holiday.
Would I go back,definitely 100%.

Food let it down!!
Pros:

On arrival we were met by the reception staff. They were all really friendly and helpful. They directed us to our room which was on the ground floor right next to the pool area. Rooms were lovely and spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and places for your cases etc. Lovely large living area with a balcony overlooking the 2nd pool area. Rooms were of a good condition for a 3 stat hotel. There are 3 pools at this hotel. The main one was slightly heated and plenty of sun loungers to accommodate.
Now this is where the hotel lacks and it's the food. The snack bar area was awful. If you like cold chips,.Pizza, or hotdogs then you would be fine. It was literally the same food daily. The restaurant wasn't much better either it was either pork tuna or chicken. Wasn't much variety of dessert either. I mean i know kids like pizza but not everyday for week dinner and tea. Don't get me wrong I wasn't expecting a la carte but i was expecting some variety. By the 2nd day I was having meals out even Though we payed for the all inclusive.
The hotel.was in a good location. there is a slight incline bit nothing to write home about. Beach is literally a 5 minute walk away.
Although we had a lovely holiday at Costa adeje unfortunately we don't think we would return to this hotel.

Had a fabulous time
Pros:

Fabulous place. Don’t believe some of the reviews! We are at the end of a weeks stay here and can truly say we have had a great time. Yea the room is a wee bit tired but immaculately clean and has everything you need. Cleaning staff come every day and bar and waiting staff work exceptionally hard to keep things running smoothly. We are all inclusive and you could eat and drink something different every night. Definitely would give them 9/10 and would recommend.

fantastic place
Pros:

Booked a last minute holiday here and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless clean, the maid was lovely. Beds changed twice and towels changed every day except Sunday and Thursday when there is no maids except preparing rooms when gets have departed and new guests are arriving. The food was absolutely fantastic, I am a very fussy eater and I managed to find something to eat everyday. The staff were constantly bring fresh food out, even going in late there was still a huge choice of food. Would I recommend this place and go again? Absolutely. There is a bus outside that goes to Las Americas, Los Cristianos and Los Gigantes. 2 supermarkets within 20 meters. Great location although on a slight hill

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

We have just returned from a 5 night stay. (2nd stay here) This is a no frills 3 star hotel, in a good location. The hotel admitidly is tired in places, however the beds are comfy, the pool is heated, entertainment if you want to watch and the food and drinks are really quite good! Staff are all very pleasant. We were very happy with what we got for what we paid.

I wouldn’t if I were you!
Pros:

Let’s put this way we stayed one night night of the 7 booked
On arrival we asked is it lovely? & the staff member looked indifferent & replied “it’s ok” it was no ok!
Our rooms were on the 4th floor - The lift only only went to the first floor - We had to walk through the so called solarium, which was a bar area, to get to the remaining 3 flights of stairs, navigating sardine style sunbeds & dirty Astro turf
Then to lug our heavy cases up a further 3 flights of stairs, which we did more than once as the door numbering was appalling
The rooms were tired, grubby & very bland - It’s a definite never again & really think hard about spending your money here
For context we have never asked to move hotels in 45 years of travel!

Another enjoyable stay
Pros:

Third year running at this hotel and it will be first choice next time I visit Tenerife. Location is spot on, staff very friendly and professional, food very good (especially for a 3 star all inclusive) and rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel is definitely not perfect but for a 3star in this price range it’s very good value for money. If you want gourmet food and luxurious rooms there are plenty of hotels to accommodate you but not in this price range, so be realistic in your expectations and you’ll enjoy this hotel

Suprise package! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
Pros:

We stayed here 2nd Jan for a week after booking a last minute deal.
We were a bit apprehensive when booking a 3 ⭐ all inclusive, how wrong were we.

The food was fantastic! Something different every night and the drinks on the all inclusive were spot on.
Plenty of choice.
Snacks bar was great also pizzas and other options all day from 12-5pm

The pool is great wasn’t to busy so ideal always somewhere to sit in the sun, but could imagine it would be chocker i the summer.

Location is great 10-15 min walk to main strip/ beach so ideal.
Supermarket next door also so good.

One downfall for us was that the bathroom had a bad smell all the time but was bearable.
The room size was great kids had a single sofa bed each so was happy kids and double bedroom off separate.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.
It’s a 3 star for me but a very good one at that.
The staff were all kind and helpful especially the animation team.

Entertainment every night only saw a few glimpses of it and looked fine.

Thanks for a good stay.

Full on Christmas Break
Pros:

Came here for our first ever Christmas abroad. I was really worried about trying something new but we had the best time. As a base the hotel is perfect. We didn't spend a great deal of time here as we had booked loads of activities. We did Siam park, buggy mountain tour and jetskis. All local to get to.
The food was fantastic, there is something for everyone. The pools and communal areas are clean and has everything you should need. We used the pool at the back mainly because it was quieter and always beds available. They open the gates to the pools at 10am which is great as that means noone is putting their towels out. Due to the time of year we always got a lounger.
The rooms were huge and super clean. Yes they might need a bit of tlc but they are superb for the price.
The evening activities weren't the best but we don't usually go to that.
The hotel staff work extremely hard and are very polite.
The only negative is the clientele who stay here. We paid about £5k for our holiday which was cheap for Christmas and we now know why. Think Benidom families. Constant shouting and a couple of fights. We sat away from people and the drunks as much as we could but I did feel sorry for the staff dealing with them all the time.
All in all I would recommend for out of season but maybe not in the height of summer if you want to avoid the riffraff!
